
Honestly, I haven’t found any upside. So far, the site hasn’t worked as advertised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service has spent a month working on my connection issue, and it still isn’t resolved.
The guidance from both the internal “knowledge center” and the customer service rep just repeats the same instructions. It’s also clear those instructions aren’t up to date, because when I follow the steps, I end up in no man’s land with no clear way forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
