
I find Yext incredibly easy to use, making it simple to post updates to Google and other social channels. The analytics dashboards are great because they let us segment for core and franchise stores, monitor reviews, and optimize our store locations. It’s amazing to see clear spikes in traffic and user actions, which really help us justify key decisions about store hours and services. I also love the support we get; it’s amazing and any issues are easily resolved. There’s a lot of learning documentation available that supports bulk updates, which makes things easier.
