I would first receive an automated reply, followed by a personal email from team members, including Shiva Kumar, Govardhan, James Wilson, Archana, and Vandana (apologies if I’ve missed anyone). Their dedication to customer loyalty management truly deserves recognition.

Recently, I encountered a situation where I had purchased a Flipkart gift card on Xoxoday, but upon returning some items, I realized I didn’t have the necessary voucher number and PIN to reuse the balance. Flipkart didn’t send an email containing this information, and I hadn’t made a note of it either. I reached out to both Flipkart and Xoxoday Support, and the Xoxoday team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They contacted Flipkart on my behalf, retrieved the voucher details, and assisted in generating the PIN. Throughout this process, Xoxoday kept me updated and reassured with their professional and timely communication. Although Flipkart had been temporarily removed from Xoxoday’s brand list, the Support team swiftly acted on my request to have it reinstated. Within just two days, I was able to complete my purchase seamlessly.

I've noticed that they have a policy of only allowing one year to redeem points from xoxoday. Personally, I don't think this is a fair policy.
