**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I like the Salesforce integrations, the overall ease of use, the email templates, and the gift options. I also appreciate the intuitive and user-friendly experience and all the small touches such as advanced scheduling, customizations and AI tracking capabilities. It was very easy to learn and adopt as a daily marketing outreach tool.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

It would be great if you could offer more “local” options for the region I’m targeting, so the choices feel familiar and relevant. I understand Starbucks and Peets are the primary options right now, but I know many people who would really appreciate having a craft coffee experience or a local restaurant from their own town included as well.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps us do virtual drops with prospects and clients, so we can all show more appreciation and gratitude. It also keeps us top of mind and takes the pressure off having to send gift cards or gifts manually and individually.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Great engagement options and relatively seamless to use. The collaboration options with Gmail make it it even more friendly. Love that it provides analytics on messages sent to see what is performing well and what is not.

The team has been a great partner to ensure our team is well-enabled to best use Reachdesk. I have not had the ability to use any AI/intelligence features with the service. 

Overall, the performance expected with Reachdesk has been beneficial to our team.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Some of the product catalog appears to be available as a sending option but I cannot find a way to use everything listed. Some items seem to be priced quite high.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us an extra special way to thank customers for taking time to connect with us for a conversation. It's also a great motivator to establish a meeting.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Simply put, I love how Reachdesk delivers what it promises -- and how easy it is for me to use. I didn't need to read any documentation or hunt for answers. Everything makes sense to me. From a performance standpoint, I can easily send one-off acknowledgements or upload a CSV for larger sends. It provides a variety of options for gifting, too--from various types of gift cards to customizable treats and swag.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I feel that reloading money in Reachdesk takes a while. I typically give myself a month lead time to reload.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk has proven essential in supporting me with growing and strengthening customer relationships. I manage customer advocacy, and a simple thank you gift with a personalized message goes a long way in demonstrating the gratitude I feel for customers who collaborate with my org on case studies, speaking at events, etc.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Super easy to send, makes it so I don't have to submit reimbursements to my company which can be like my absolutely least favorite thing & provides tracking so I can see that clients are using my giftcards or recieving the gifts I send. Also like the variety of options for sending. I think the pricing on the sends is also reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Sending packages like food sometimes that can't be delivered if someone at the business isn't there, but when there is such a long send time such as a week it can be hard to verify when delivery will be. So I have had a couple packages returned to sender and money wasted.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting with clients who are difficult to reach via phone or email. Love the ability to send a gift in exchange for their interest

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk is super-easy to use when you want to send a gift, and since it's integrated with Salesforce, it automatically shows up as activity in the system. Plus, they make it really easy to send a physical gift to someone, because they send an address confirmation email to the recipient, reducing the likelihood the gift will get lost in the mail.
And I love how you can track whether the recipient has opened and/or claimed their gift. That way, if it gets stuck in their junk/spam folder, you have a legit reason to reach out and ask them to claim the gift (another touchpoint).

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The only thing I dislike about Reachdesk (regulatory and employer restrictions notwithstanding) is that when I’m logging in, I can’t simply hit the Enter/Return key after typing my password. Instead, I have to reach for the mouse, move the pointer, and click the Sign In button. Other than that, I don’t really have any other critiques.

Reachdesk helps lower barriers with prospects, conveys warmth, and reinforces the fact that my company is a major player in the marketplace.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

We use Reachdesk for customer gifting and company swag. They offer warehouse storage for customized company gear and alternatively offer gift cards and other gift items through their marketplace. It's easy to manage and track sends and you can sync it to Salesforce to track campaigns. The products and options are endless! You can also create and customize swag right on the platform!

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Some overseas gifting require customs numbers that aren't easy to locate. When you customize products on the platform, it would be great if you could go back in an edit after it's created. Currently that's not available.

Also would love to be able to send a one off swag that I created on the platform without having to order bulk items. Currently it's possible to do it manually, but not possible to send a storefront link where the customer can check out for free.

  ### 7. Easy to Use with Great Support, but Shipping and Custom Merch Costs Add Up

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I genuinely like how easy the platform is to use. For the most part, it’s very straightforward. There is a bit of a learning curve when you’re first figuring out how to create campaigns and sends, but once you’ve done it a couple of times, it quickly becomes second nature. There are also plenty of help guides available if you run into any issues.

I also like that you can send messages along with physical items, and that some products can be customised. This saves us a lot of time, since we don’t have to upload a design every time on another platform.

There’s a huge range of gift cards available, as well as a large marketplace of physical items you can send, and I really appreciate the selection. Even though I tend to stick with virtual gift cards and customised merch, I still value having the option and the wider scope of the catalogue.

I’ve also had a great experience with customer support. They’re always attentive, quick to reply, and transparent about any issues, and they consistently do their best to help. I really appreciate that.

I use the Reachdesk platform a few times a week to reward colleagues, and I like the simplicity of being able to log in and send something in just a few clicks. Overall, it’s been a good experience, although in my opinion it would benefit from improvements in a few areas.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I find the cost of products, particularly customised items, to be very expensive, often more expensive than going to the provider directly (for example, Printful). On top of that, shipping costs feel excessive, and I can’t see any real justification for them.

It’s also frustrating that some items indicate they can be sent to a certain geographical location, but then, at times, you can’t actually ship them there. We’ve also had complaints from recipients that they’ve had to pay extra taxes and customs fees, which wasn’t expected by them (or by me as the sender).

It’s disappointing that you can’t include a personalised message with a direct order from the marketplace for customised merch. You can only add a message when items are stored in the warehouse and then shipped to a recipient. That approach comes with higher costs, because you pay to ship to the warehouse and then pay again to ship to the recipient. Overall, the cost of sending and shipping really prevents us from rewarding more colleagues, and it feels unbalanced.

Lastly, there’s no easy way to create a form or campaign where a user can select an item they want dispatched directly to them unless you already have stock stored in a warehouse. This isn’t something I do due to the costs involved, and because we have people across EMEA, USCALP, and APAC. There also isn’t an APAC-specific warehouse for places like the Philippines, where we send a large number of gifts as well.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent sourcing products, pulling everything together, and sending items out manually. Before using the Reachdesk platform, we would physically purchase products online or in shops and then ship them ourselves, which was a very manual process. Reachdesk solves that problem and makes the overall workflow far less time-consuming.

That said, it isn’t a perfect platform. It’s expensive, but it does have its perks. The best feature, in my opinion, is the ability to send virtual gift cards anywhere in the world in a matter of minutes, with no additional cost associated with that. It’s great for virtual gift cards, but there’s still work to be done to improve the experience around physical products.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Its ability to set up custom campaigns and preset offers is a big plus. It saves me a lot of time because I don’t have to search around for specific items, and I can keep particular gifts ready and pre-selected for different use cases.

The UI and dashboards are also straightforward and easy to use, which makes the overall experience smooth. It makes it easy to come back and continue using it.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

There’s a bit of a lack of confirmation when items are sent. It’s not a major issue, but it would be nice to get a reminder or notification that the recipient has received the gift and, in the case of digital gifts, opened or accessed it.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surprise and delight.

Sending a small gift before or after meeting goes a long way in sentiment toward myself, our company, and what they're looking to solve.

Nothing really. I haven’t had any issues with it, other than occasionally needing to connect with my managers to sort out my funds when they don’t show up.

I do drop-ins at offices. Some weeks I’m not able to get out to every one of my prospects, so Reachdesk saves me by letting me mail gifts to the people I wasn’t able to reach during a busy week.

I like how easy it is for the team to use! Sales love it. Easy onboarding and setting up campaigns is simple, with options for sending seasonable gifts. I value the ease and how, once the sales team is set up with an allocated budget, they can just get on with using it in a way that works for them. We use Reachdesk as a sales acceleration tool and a means to improve emails and outreach while surprising prospects via direct mail. It's also used by marketing to send lunch vouchers for webinars. I appreciate the ability to easily send vouchers and gifts, track our budget, and give everyone access. I also like that we've connected Reachdesk with Salesforce.

I like that it is easy to include Amazon items as options and add our company logo to items or in emails.

The UI is not as clear as I would like. I found it less user-friendly and intuitive than other corporate gifting platforms I have used. I had to be helped more often to send items.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I like that I'm able to print swag directly through Reachdesk and then it goes directly into our inventory. It's a huge timesaver since we no longer have to make the ship notices and this makes the process much more seamless. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.

Our inventory is very unorganized and it's hard to get the platform to delete old SKUs that are no longer in use for us.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I love the ability to customize unique campaigns based on my audience, and the ability to mass-send gifts to multiple recipients. Additionally, the support I receive from my Customer Success Manager is hands down the most knowledgeable and friendly support I've ever had. I can't express enough how beneficial that is!

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

I really don't have any dislikes. I've used a handful of different systems similar to Reachdesk, but Reachdesk is by far the best!

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can automatically send out large quantities of gifts with just a couple clicks, where I previously had to manually send out each gift individually by email. I am also able to look though metrics, seeing how many sends I have, if the recipient has opened the gift, and pull metrics for leadership.

I love the flexibility of the platform to send through multiple channels and how easy it is to control all of my sends. As a 10 year sales professional, it has really helped me generate some quality conversations with prospects, even if they are not in buying mode at the time.

It may be on Hubspot's end, but I feel the integration could be even better to help make the gifting experience quicker and more informative across both platforms.

Reachdesk helps me break the ice with prospects. Whether that is getting through gatekeepers, getting decisions makers to at least take my call, or getting deals across the line with more open communication, Reachdesks gifting platform allows me to keep pushing my deals towards money!

I really like the wide range of gifts available to send, from well-known brands to personalised items. It gives you plenty of scope and makes it easy to find something for just about everyone.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

There are a lot of layers to the permissions, which can slow things down if you’re not an Admin. However, their support desk responds quickly and clearly flags why a permission isn’t available, so I can follow up with my team internally and get the permission upgraded.

It’s great for quickly sending products to clients, whether to keep the momentum going or to create a special moment.

I like that Reachdesk lets me send a personalized gift to the recipient. I believe it helps build trust and rapport with a prospect, and if I know something about the person I’m sending a gift to, I can personalize both my message and the gift so they align with that.

I find it easy to use, especially when creating campaigns and landing pages.  The UI in the landing pages saves tons of time especially since we can clone pages. Customer support has been great, and there are plenty of helpful resources available when I need guidance.

It can feel overwhelming at first, but it becomes easy once you start navigating. I do wish there were a higher character allowance when creating emails, though. I find that I have to shorten my thank-you notes quite a bit to make everything fit.

Reachdesk makes it easy to find all the great gifts we have available. It is a convenient way to thank our customers and internal team members. It solved our need to have a self-serve tool for our team and enabled us to easily brand our gifts. 
After I created a few campaigns and landing pages, it was straightforward to hand everything off to a team member. That part of the platform is easy to train and easy for others to pick up. This is essential as our team grows.

I’m not involved with sourcing or warehousing, so I can’t really speak to that side of it.

Reachdesk is super easy to use and a huge time saver for our team. Setting up campaigns is straightforward, and it’s made it really simple to send gifts in bulk, enable our sales team to gift to partners, and support referral campaigns.

The UI is intuitive and once it’s set up it just works. It’s become a core part of how we run partner and customer gifting without adding operational overhead.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Very occasionally, vendor fulfilment can be a bit hit and miss. I once used a vendor that clearly hadn’t been vetted well enough and the delivery took far longer than expected.

Separately, we had one instance where we sent around $5K AUD that didn’t land in the account and I had to follow up manually to get it applied. Both issues were solvable, but a bit more proactive monitoring or alerts here would make the experience even smoother.

Reachdesk solves the operational pain of running gifting and direct mail campaigns at scale. Instead of manually coordinating orders, addresses, vendors, and tracking, everything lives in one place.

It’s helped us run partner, sales, and referral campaigns much more efficiently, saved a lot of time for the marketing and sales teams, and made it easy to operationalise gifting without adding admin overhead. The result is faster campaign execution and more consistent partner and customer engagement.

I can create multiple and unique campaigns, adjust it to currency and region. It's easy to use, support team is pretty helpful too. I like the email notifications about my campaigns, if some items are out of stock or if my item was delivered, very easy to follow. I don't have to collect addresses from clients, I can just send them the email or link where they can claim the gift and fill out their address. I find Reachdesk better than Sendoso that we used before. More friendlier approach of the team and easier to use and manage everything.

There are also a lot of stores or merchants that we can choose from both internationally and locally. When I had an issue, the customer service responded promptly and was able to resolve the issue in less than a day. The self-help videos and FAQs are extremely helpful for exploring or navigating Reachdesk.

Reachdesk is an incredibly powerful tool that simplifies giveaways for our customer marketing campaigns. What would otherwise be a logistical nightmare, like dropshipping 100 water bottles to addresses all over the world, is made surprisingly manageable. I also appreciate how the platform continues to evolve. Since we started using Reachdesk in 2022, it’s become noticeably easier to use. We appreciate all of the thoughtful enhancements that have been rolled out.

Their customer support is also typically very quick to respond and generally a pleasure to work with.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Its functionality isn’t well-suited for distributing apparel gifts. Each size counts as a separate SKU, and with the SKU limitations built into our plan, managing multiple sizes becomes cumbersome. 

There’s also no built-in way for recipients to select their size—or more generally, to choose one item from a variety of gifts in our inventory. This has to be handled externally (like through a Google Form), which adds unnecessary complexity to the logistics.

It would also be massively helpful to have the ability to save progress on sends or bulk sends and return later. Having to redo work after realizing a campaign setting needs to be adjusted often makes the workflow inefficient.

Reachdesk helps us drive higher campaign conversions by offering giveaways as an incentive at scale. It streamlines what would otherwise be a time-consuming and complex process, allowing us to reach large audiences quickly while boosting engagement and response rates.

Reachdesk makes gifting and warehousing very easy and simple. The team is always very responsive when issues arrive and willing to help with any task. The platform easily integrates with other software and CRMs to make it easy to track usage.

Often it takes a while for items to get stocked in the warehouse which can delay some campaigns, even with months of preplanning. My team finds the interface somewhat confusing, although I thought it was very simple for me to implement on my end. Reachdesk helps us stand out in a noisy outbound landscape by making it easy to add a thoughtful, personalised touch to our outreach. It’s simple to use, integrates smoothly with our existing tools, and allows us to run gifting campaigns at scale without adding operational complexity.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

We’ve been using Reachdesk for about a year now and haven’t run into any major issues or red flags so far. Overall, the experience has been smooth and reliable.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk helps us solve the challenge of breaking through crowded outbound channels and low engagement from prospects. By adding a thoughtful, personalised touch to our outreach, we’re able to start more conversations, improve response rates, and reach prospects who are otherwise hard to engage. It’s made our outbound efforts more effective.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

It’s quick to use and makes it easy to send gifts to clients without having to overthink the process. The AI features can suggest subject lines and even draft content, which helps when you’re short on time. I also like that it links back to D365, so I can be confident I’m sending to the right contact.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The UI could be improved, and the product images aren’t always as clear as the descriptions. For example, there may be seasonal gifts for Christmas or Easter, but it isn’t obvious from the images, so you could end up sending the wrong item because the description doesn’t quite match what’s shown.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Old processes were time consuming. Now its much easier to send a gift with an allowance allocated

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

I've tried most of the top direct mailing tools - Sendoso, &open, Postal, etc. Reachdesk is by far the most easy to work with and accomodating. It has ample gift options in every country, takes into account restrictions in different states and regions, and offers good rates on shipping. In a crowded market, its definitely great. I'd never give 10 stars - just because there's always room to improve.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Some features could be more user friendly and, like all platforms, it has its quirks. One recommendation would be to lock out gift cards like Amazon, for certain sends - e.g. not allow sending Amazon.co.uk cards to German recipients.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making gifting easy and frictionless and helping keep users on a budget but still with freedom

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Within Reachdesk, we're able to set up various types of custom campaigns (egifts, direct mail, etc) to send to prospects and customers. It's super easy to set up and can be used by marketing and the sales team. It also integrates with a variety of platforms. We specifically use it with Marketo and Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

It's hard to test out different campaigns. When we submit a test lead and accidentally stay on a page too long, it marks us as someone who had claimed the "gift card" which would take funds out of our account.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Egifting and direct mail helps us reach prospects and customers in a new, fresh way to enhance the customer experience and provide new opportunities to generate pipeline for our team!

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

How easy it is to build and send a gift. Customizing a note and email is simple and allows for high-level account nurture and ABM campaigns. The broad gifting options are excellent and allow me to send items specific to a customer or prospect's specific interests. Customer support is always responsive and eager to help.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

Setting up campaigns and adding items to those campaigns from your inventory can be a challenge to ensure you do them in the right sequence.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABM and prospect strategic gifting - small sends that would be cost-prohibitive to acquire and brand multiple items is now easy to do (quickly) and still with a high-level of brand visibility. It's also increased our agility when a quick turnaround is required.

**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

The Reachdesk platform is very easy to navigate. Their sales and implementation teams have been amazing, and their marketplace offers tons of great options. Campaign setup, along with the inventory and warehousing processes, is also straightforward to get up and running once you’ve walked through it once.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

My only major complaint right now is that each size of apparel is treated as a new SKU - with limited SKUs per contract.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Reachdesk, we're able to use one vendor for our event storage + swag, company swag, and all gifting (internal & external)! This keeps it super easy - one tool across many teams. Their reporting is straightforward and we're able to easily control and track spending across teams and campaigns.
