I don't like anything about Workspace ONE. The UI isn't clean, it's confusing to navigate, and installing software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI isn't clean, it's confusing to navigate, and installing software gets held up in a "pending queue". There is not way to access this queue to understand what the errors could be. I contacted VMware Support and after weeks of troubleshooting they determined that every endpoint would have to have the Airwatch/Workspace ONE client re-installed. This is not helpful as there are hundreds of devices in our environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few things that I like the most, about WorkSpace ONE & I am sure others would agree. The Endpoint management solution VMWare offers with the branding WorkSpace ONE simplifies end-user computing experience. IT administrators get the ability to manage all major OSes including Windows, MacOS & all Linux distros. What I liked the most about this, was the ability to remotely install or uninstall a particular application, as long as the computer is connected to the network. What's more is that you can remotely remove/add system profiles that might be necessary when you are troubleshooting a problem & guiding a general end-user might not be as easy. I had no experience using this, but it was so easy to use, I excelled device management through it within a few months, given the numerous features it offers. It can also be integrated with other tools like ServiceNow. This way you can get the best of both. Implementation is also a breeze. On the endpoints you just push the installer & it can register on its own. An advantage of Workspace ONE in terms of frequency of use is its ability to provide a seamless and unified experience for end users across various devices and applications. This is particularly beneficial in modern work environments where employees use multiple devices and need access to a variety of applications to perform their tasks. I had an issue once & their knowledge base article was very helpful in resolving that issue. Customer support is available on all mediums Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its interface and features may seem overwhelming, posing a challenge for newcomers. Mastering the platform requires a considerable learning curve, potentially discouraging users. Technical issues such as glitches and slow performance have been reported, affecting the overall user experience. Additionally, the cost of WorkSpace ONE might be prohibitive for smaller businesses or organizations. Despite these concerns, WorkSpace ONE remains a robust tool for workspace management and collaboration for those who can navigate its complexities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate the convenience that Workspace ONE provides. Being able to access all of my work applications and resources from a single platform, regardless of whether I'm on my laptop or my phone, has been a game-changer for me. It saves me a lot of time and hassle, especially when I'm working remotely or on the go. Additionally, the security features are top-notch and give me peace of mind knowing that my work data is safe and secure. Overall, Workspace ONE has helped me to be more efficient and productive in my work, and I'm grateful for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
one potential downside that I've experienced is that it can be somewhat complex to use. As someone who isn't particularly tech-savvy, I've had some difficulty navigating the platform and finding what I need. Additionally, there have been times when I've encountered performance issues, such as slow loading times or connectivity problems, which can be frustrating when I'm trying to get work done.
Another factor that some users may find challenging is the cost associated with using Workspace ONE. While the subscription-based service provides many useful features, it may not be feasible for all organizations, particularly smaller ones with limited budgets.
Overall, while I think that Workspace ONE is a powerful tool that can be beneficial for many users, there are some potential drawbacks to consider. However, these issues may not affect all users, and the benefits may still outweigh the challenges for some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The upsides are the broad scope of systems supported by the software ecosystem. We were former users of AirWatch, and VM Ware bought them out. While they are definitely a solid choice for large enterprise organizations, they are not the best for education, especially K-8. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is beginning to look antiquated. Education-specific features and integrating Google and Apple education services are not a priority. Improvements in the mobile area of development would be welcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With AirWatch, managing mobile devices is easier than ever. Every profile and command made available by Google and Apple is supported by AirWatch. Excellent and generally self-explanatory profile upkeep. The device details page has an almost overwhelming quantity of information. Fantastic integration opportunities are available with the Workspace ONE Content app. You may integrate your whole on-premises or cloud file infrastructure. On the administrative front, it offers us a single platform to manage all of our devices. I may disable the devices or send an update to each MAC connected to my network. You can remove company data, lock down the harmed machines, and communicate with them. Additionally, you can help the user by remotely setting up their gadgets from Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every other app on the network of your firm is accessible thanks to the programme, which also launches the other app. Therefore, there are times when the UI experience is jerky and unresponsive. The application initially takes some time because loading the other apps requires extensive processing. It might occasionally be difficult to integrate Workspace One and your organisation utilising SSO integration through Active Directory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
