What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

The good thing about Workhuman Social Recognition is we can recognize our teammates, collegaues , subordinates via this publicly as well privately.

It is quick, simple and super easy to use. The use of this tool help us to keep our employees motivated and create a culture of recognizing the efforts of deserving one's.

The well -versed reward store also provide easy shopping with in few clicks and also the delivery of rewards is super quick always.

In case of any issues the customer support team is also super supportive. Basically the easy GUI help employees of company to increase the frequency of use of this tool & the intergration of this tool with workday is superb.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

The thing tht can be improved regarding Workhuman Social Recognition is addition of more prodcuts in the store so that once our collegues reedem their points they get some more exciting options .Also the no. of vendor can be increased for gift cards.

Second, there are diff kind of rewards we can give via this platform like sapphire , emerald etc so the look and feel of the auto generated certs can be improved considering the level of reward. This will be more exciting for the reward receivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been working at Cognizant for over 25 months now, and during this time, I have consistently been recognized as a top performer by both my teammates and management. The organization has always appreciated my efforts and rewarded me with Cheer Points, which I can access through Workhuman Social Recognition.

One of the great features of Workhuman Social Recognition is that it allows me to easily see not only my own awards and recognitions but also those of my colleagues from different departments. I can see what they have achieved and for what reasons they are being recognized. Every month, I receive awards and notifications via email, which keeps me connected and informed about the Cheer Points I've earned.

Despite this, I've never had to reach out to Workhuman's customer support, as the platform has been straightforward and easy to use. What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

In my experience, being able to recognize my peers, and be recognized, helps me feel less isolated. With the nature of almost everything we do being through Teams or email (not-face to face in physical spaces) . With an easy to access and use platform, it helps us to remember that we are being thought of and seen for the work we do. I like that it only takes a few minutes to send an Inspire/Celebrate in real time when we see others doing good work so that we don't forget to recognize them in the fast pace of the day. I try to recognize a peer every week, but often it is easy to recognize them more often that that with this platform. What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I have been using this employee recognition program for several years now and if used correctly (so meaningful recognitions, detailed narrative of what is being recognized, contemporaneous and genuine) it boosts the employee morale but it isalso a very useful tool for employee retention. Employees who are recognized publicly for a job well done, tend to be more engaged with the company and less sensitive to advances from competitors. I really like the tool, it helps me visualize the awards given by me and those pending to get approved (so I can follow up). What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

When I work in the same location as someone, I can thank them for their help by buying them a coffee or lunch, or bringing them a special treat. It's not possible to do that with colleagues across the country or world. I really like being able to recognize my colleagues' efforts beyond just words. I also like that their managers are given awareness of the recognition their direct reports are receiving and have insight to the value their team members bring. When redeeming points, it's sometimes hard to understand exactly what the difference between some of the items is. Workhuman Social Recognition makes it easy for you to see and feel the difference that you make. Having your team members and leadership recognize you, and even reward you in a social, ye tprofessional setting is a great confidence boost. That confidence improves morale and productivity.

Being able to recognise colleagues in real time for their contribution , the positive impact it has on morale. Ease of use, clear prompts, variety of ways to redeem points from products, vouchers to charity donations. Clever integration in exsisting channel e.g MS Teams. Internal customer support has been helpful when extracting large amount sof data for reporting purposes. All of these above points mean it is utilised of a frequent basis. One of the best things I like about Workhuman Social Recognition is that it encourages the act of employee recognition and engagement. The tool is very easy to use which makes the process of recognising and appreciating colleagues positive. What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I think it is a very easy ssystem to use, the word Bravo for example is a great succinct way to spread the joy and awards e.g. I'll send you a bravo, this is very widely used in our org. I enjoy giving the awards as much as recieving and would even go far as to say it is a slight incentive to my daily work life. It makes you try that little bit harder in your work and going that extra mile. It also only takes 5 minutes to write a bravo, which makes giving them easy. We have a bravo tracker in our team that tracks how many are given & recieved and is a great way to highlight the starts of the month. I have never used the customer support so cannot comment. The gift cards are always sent really quick when I have used them. I am yet to buy ana ctual product but the sales always look good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I like how simple it is to recognize teammates for reasons big or small. I also like that the system hepls recommend how many points to assign for a certain recognition. I find myself using the system whenever I recognize anyone going above and beyond, and I appreciate that there's a recognition feed so other teammates can send words of praise as well!
