The social recognition program allows you to recognize your colleagues in a more concrete way. Rather than just words the thanks turns into rewards that inpire the team to strive for excellence and continuous improvement. It is extremely easy to find the right colleague, select point amount, and send the note and recognition their way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the feature that can be improved the most is the list of recognition for you peers. I wish there was an easier way awards given to colleagues in my area to see the accomplishments around the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been working at Cognizant for over 25 months now, and during this time, I have consistently been recognized as a top performer by both my teammates and management. The organization has always appreciated my efforts and rewarded me with Cheer Points, which I can access through Workhuman Social Recognition.
One of the great features of Workhuman Social Recognition is that it allows me to easily see not only my own awards and recognitions but also those of my colleagues from different departments. I can see what they have achieved and for what reasons they are being recognized. Every month, I receive awards and notifications via email, which keeps me connected and informed about the Cheer Points I've earned.
Despite this, I've never had to reach out to Workhuman's customer support, as the platform has been straightforward and easy to use. The ability to track and showcase awards and recognitions in an accessible manner has been incredibly motivating and rewarding for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I've found no downsides with Workhuman Social Recognition. It's an excellent platform for recognizing and rewarding achievements. However, I do wish there was a filter feature that allowed us to see who has been awarded or recognized specifically within my own pod or department. This addition would make it even easier to track and celebrate the accomplishments of my immediate team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my experience, being able to recognize my peers, and be recognized, helps me feel less isolated. With the nature of almost everything we do being through Teams or email (not-face to face in physical spaces) . With an easy to access and use platform, it helps us to remember that we are being thought of and seen for the work we do. I like that it only takes a few minutes to send an Inspire/Celebrate in real time when we see others doing good work so that we don't forget to recognize them in the fast pace of the day. I try to recognize a peer every week, but often it is easy to recognize them more often that that with this platform. It is easy to access, quick to complete and rewards are usually passed on within 1 or 2 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Going back to the nature of our world now, when face to face interaction seems so scarce, this platform reinforces that lack of human interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using this employee recognition program for several years now and if used correctly (so meaningful recognitions, detailed narrative of what is being recognized, contemporaneous and genuine) it boosts the employee morale but it isalso a very useful tool for employee retention. Employees who are recognized publicly for a job well done, tend to be more engaged with the company and less sensitive to advances from competitors. But above all, they are happy and proud to see their eforts being recognized! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the tool, it helps me visualize the awards given by me and those pending to get approved (so I can follow up). Maybe the one thing I would upgrade is transfering some reports to excel to keep a better track and produce charts or similar data analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I work in the same location as someone, I can thank them for their help by buying them a coffee or lunch, or bringing them a special treat. It's not possible to do that with colleagues across the country or world. I really like being able to recognize my colleagues' efforts beyond just words. I also like that their managers are given awareness of the recognition their direct reports are receiving and have insight to the value their team members bring. When redeeming points, it's sometimes hard to understand exactly what the difference between some of the items is. It would be nice to have "identical items" (e.g., same thing but in different colors) grouped together so I can just select the one I want with confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
we have been using workhuman for several years almost everymonth, In our organization we use it primarily for employee recognition program and my experience as an end user with the tool has been outstanding, its easy to order vouchers, redeem. never had any issues or complaints. User interface is pretty friendly which makes navigation easy. It takes very few seconds to get the order completed and vouchers delivered to the account. the customer care is a global team so i dont have to worry about the time zone for getting a response. Workhuman Social Recognition makes it easy for you to see and feel the difference that you make. Having your team members and leadership recognize you, and even reward you in a social, ye tprofessional setting is a great confidence boost. That confidence improves morale and productivity.
The system is relatively easy to integrate into regular processes. Our team uses it at least once a week, and our organization as a whole uses it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no dislikes so far with Workhuman Social Recognition, and I have not had any negative experiences so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to recognise colleagues in real time for their contribution , the positive impact it has on morale. Ease of use, clear prompts, variety of ways to redeem points from products, vouchers to charity donations. Clever integration in exsisting channel e.g MS Teams. Internal customer support has been helpful when extracting large amount sof data for reporting purposes. All of these above points mean it is utilised of a frequent basis. Honestly nothing springs to mind from my perspective it is very user friendly, clear to understand and delivers with impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is great because the person that is doing the recognition can choose who they want to recognize. it can be a group of people or an individual. I also like that we used to be able to get rewards but that is discontinued through work. We do get to choose gifts for work anniversaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know what the least helpful would be. just that the rewards are great and we cant get them now. it has updated a lot since i first started using it - way more features now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the best things I like about Workhuman Social Recognition is that it encourages the act of employee recognition and engagement. The tool is very easy to use which makes the process of recognising and appreciating colleagues positive. I really like its ability to tailor recognition to align with our company values and goals, which is helpful to the employee as it can be used to support performance and career discussions. Also the platform's social feed allows us to see and celebrate each other's achievements, which is great in building a sense of community in a virtual environment and global based company. There isn't anything I truly dislike but I would like to suggest the platform has a AI features which could write a nomination message on your behalf based on a few words / direction. It could make the process of nominating our colleguees even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
