What do you like best about Workforce.com?

The automatic rounding of shifts that are within a specified time and the Auto-Approve function in daily timesheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

The inability to run different annual leave allowances across different years. My staff want to book off time years in advance and this does not allow for that, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can evidence staff have had breaks (when they use the system properly!), I can remotely see when staff arrive at work on time, payroll is accrued easily across the month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
