What do you like best about Workforce.com?

What I like best about this app is the ability to track my payments in real time. Everytime I end a shift I can see exactly how much I've made so far. This allows me to make decisions about picking up extra shifts or cutting back if I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

The app tends to have issues loading sometimes. If your device does not have a camera it doesn't allow you to clock in at all. Instead it will give you an error message about "missing camera permission" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workforce was easy to implement and highly customizable to fit our team's needs. We got the program set up, all our locations trained, and fully operational within eight weeks. What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

Some features, like Communication, are thin and need enhancements to work better. With the detail they put in other areas, it was surprising this was lagging. It would be great for administrators on the account to remove specific threads and not the entire chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customizable Dashboard and bookmarking features for information saves me from having to dig for what I need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
