What do you like best about Workforce.com?

Easy to use, good for creating a rota, editing and publishing

Good for holiday and leave requests, very clear when staff are unavailable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

Reporting is poor, projections are missing holiday even when on-costs are switched on

Different reports seem to have different values even though it should be the same

Sometimes different teams appear on the projections for no reason Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workforce.com?

It's really easy to onboard new staff, and great to see who's working when and where over multiple sites Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

There nothing to dislike but I do prefer the web page more than the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're keeping everything on one programme, from our staff handbook and documents, to rotas and daily shift reviews..everything is more accessible and documented Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can check payroll spending immediately, build rota templates making shift management very easy and the ability to track employees check in and out time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

Nothing missing on workforce

The only downside is that sometimes the app crushes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to manage staff absence, contracts, qualifications, rotas & varying rates of pay all in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workforce.com?

The interface is easy to use. I especially like that you can click on the scheduled time that someone works to enter their punches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workforce.com?

How easy it makes the team be able to see shifts, each other's shifts. Especially with many people working over multiple rota's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

The dashboard page only shows actual labour cost inclusive of holidays. Which makes no sense as you can't use that data. It's not a GM's fault if many people are on holiday at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not having much information when errors occur (mainly with timesheet exporting to payroll). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workforce.com?

Really good way to communicate with team members working at different sites. it was easy to also do shift swaps and better for the environment as it is paperless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The GPS doesn't always work so hard to figure out who has turned up to work and who has not. also, the app crashes at times, making it hard to co-ordinate schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
