What do you like best about WorkBuzz?

I like its easy of use, the expertise available to help write questions to achieve the outcome we are looking for, which provides real information we can use to understand our workforce.

The implementation process was well supported by the team. The customer support team were excellent and helpful and we are discovering new features all the time, which are easy to use. I ability to drill down into the data is a real accett to the system so that we can target areas of concern and also those that are doing really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?

Navigating around the site takes a bit of time to understand where everything is and what filters to use to get the results you want take a bit of getting used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WorkBuzz?

Our WorkBuzz client manager is super helpful, collaborative, and responsive. Esther was flexible with how our non-profit org functions and timing. WorkBuzz admin is also easy to navigate and set up. The implementation was easy with the help of our client manager. Being an international organization, we appreciate the number of languages available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?

The translations for the languages are not as accurate as we would hope for. We translated 6 languages other than English (Arabic, Burmese, French, Russian Spanish, Ukranian) and French was the most inaccurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?

This will be our organization's first All-Staff employee engagement in the last 4 years. This will help set the benchmarks for our org to support in aligning goals and initiatives to our strategy. We are looking to solve how we can better support the well-being of our employees, understand their perspectives on leadership and how leadership can better support career growth. What do you like best about WorkBuzz?

I am impressed by the steady progress the company has made over the years. Each update to the platform is considered and well thoughout. The company takes time to listen to client needs and maps solutions to match this. I like the passionate people that drive innovation and ensure that the surveys are backed by people science. What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?

It would be good if the platform was integrated into our Reward Platform. That way I would be able to monitor and/or report on employee feedback relation to benefits, reward and recognition in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to build surveys which provide actionable insights. I am able to analyse the data using various filters and then export the data into an easy to read report. This is all back by a confidentiality guarantee which is reasurring for respondents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is important to regularly review the questions and data categories to ensure they are fit for purpose and reflect any changes to working practices that have taken place since the previous survey was completed. What problems is WorkBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?

The annual surveys provide an opportunity for our Franchise Owners, Clients and employees to provide open and honest feedback in a confidential way, promoting the consultative approach which is key to our business. Our offices are able to use the data to inform action planning at local level. We at National Office can use the data to strengthen our understanding of network trends and to tailor and further enhance our support offering. Taking part in the surveys is a fantastic platform for brand credibility and we are very proud to be winners of repeated Five Star Employer and Five Star Franchise Awards, which evidence the level of care and support that Right at Home employees and Franchise Owners benefit from. What do you like best about WorkBuzz?

We have been using Workbuzz for over 2 years now and we have really enjoyed using the platform, the team are always super supportive and always on hand to help. i am looking forward to attending the yearly event this year to see what the plans are going forward. What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?

The only thing i can think of that i would say needs improvement, is the ability to copy the last survey as an exact, and not have to re-build. it would reduce the admin level for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WorkBuzz?

There isn't a search function when finding an employees line manager. Not being able to change the date the survey goes live once selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
