I like its easy of use, the expertise available to help write questions to achieve the outcome we are looking for, which provides real information we can use to understand our workforce.
The implementation process was well supported by the team. The customer support team were excellent and helpful and we are discovering new features all the time, which are easy to use. I ability to drill down into the data is a real accett to the system so that we can target areas of concern and also those that are doing really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our WorkBuzz client manager is super helpful, collaborative, and responsive. Esther was flexible with how our non-profit org functions and timing. WorkBuzz admin is also easy to navigate and set up. The translations for the languages are not as accurate as we would hope for. We translated 6 languages other than English (Arabic, Burmese, French, Russian Spanish, Ukranian) and French was the most inaccurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am impressed by the steady progress the company has made over the years. Each update to the platform is considered and well thoughout. The company takes time to listen to client needs and maps solutions to match this. I like the passionate people that drive innovation and ensure that the surveys are backed by people science. It is important to regularly review the questions and data categories to ensure they are fit for purpose and reflect any changes to working practices that have taken place since the previous survey was completed. We have been using Workbuzz for over 2 years now and we have really enjoyed using the platform, the team are always super supportive and always on hand to help. i am looking forward to attending the yearly event this year to see what the plans are going forward. The only thing i can think of that i would say needs improvement, is the ability to copy the last survey as an exact, and not have to re-build. it would reduce the admin level for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
