🌟 I’m impressed with this software because, at first, I assumed it was only designed for employer engagement surveys. Later on, I realized it’s also a platform where you can search for jobs and apply.

💼 It’s been very beneficial for me, since it can be used by individuals—not just companies—who are trying to build a career. It helps you find opportunities that align with the job descriptions provided.

🔒 What impressed me most is that it protects personal information and doesn’t share it with third parties, except when it’s necessary to connect you with trusted employers.

💬 On top of that, the platform allows users to connect and communicate directly with employers, which makes the overall experience smoother and more efficient.

✨ Overall, it feels like a reliable, user-friendly platform for anyone looking to find job opportunities and grow their career.

It mostly provides free job opportunities, but if you want access to more choices—or if you’re trying to get hired more easily—you generally need to stay active on the platform every day.

This tool helped me land a job by enabling me to apply for the position I wanted and complete my application without issues. It also made it simple to connect directly with the company and its team members. I like how WorkBuzz provides an anonymous platform to request feedback from employees across different organizational domains. I also appreciate how the results are presented, comparing each country with global standards, which is very insightful. Additionally, I find it really helpful that WorkBuzz provides the results in PPT format, making my job much easier. The initial setup was easy and convenient too.

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

When the results are exported, viewers often forget the colour index and then have to refer back to the first page. It would be helpful if the colour index were displayed on every page.

WorkBuzz offers an anonymous platform for employee feedback/pulse survey, and it makes it easy for me to compare the results against global standards.

What I appreciate most about this tool is its versatility. Although it’s a software solution, it still covers a wide range of needs—from surveys and employee engagement to mentoring and gathering feedback. One of the biggest standouts for me is how smoothly it integrates with different social networks, which makes it easier to spot opportunities like job vacancies while also benefiting from social support features such as onboarding.

In day-to-day use, the software feels reliable and well-rounded, and it comes across as more complete than many smaller or less comprehensive tools. Because of that, I’d confidently recommend it as a solid option within its category.

It’s been easy to communicate with customer support, and they’ve been responsive every time I’ve reached out.

Although there isn’t a dedicated mobile app right now, the web-based platform runs smoothly and still offers a comprehensive view of overall activity. It provides clear visibility into user interactions and system performance, which makes it easier to navigate, use effectively, and understand what’s happening across the platform at any given time. Overall, it feels particularly useful for our organization because we manage distributed teams and need a reliable way to stay on top of activity throughout the system.

What I like most about WorkBuzz is how it humanizes the work experience by keeping knowledge continuous, accessible, and visible. I really appreciate the real people science behind the surveys, the personal touch of having our own client manager, and the exciting addition of AI. WorkBuzz helps us go beyond just figures to truly understand and improve colleague engagement, bringing insights to life in our business.

The only experience I would like improving is the Line Manager listing on the system, you can't search for a name and have to scroll. As our business has lots of managers, it would be great if when you filtered on a team or department, it automatically filtered the leaders with reports for that specific area.

Workbuzz is truly helping us to shape engagement, it helps us to identify areas of focus and root cause for issues, which could otherwise be missed. It also helps us make informed decisions, based on facts and data and not just assumptions.

**What do you like best about WorkBuzz?**

I use WorkBuzz for onboarding and deboarding employees, taking feedback at both sides of the employment cycle, and for engagement surveys. The thing that stands out to me the most is how easy it is to piece together surveys when I need a new one. All the questions are prefilled from previous surveys, so I can just pick what's already there instead of reinventing the wheel. Additionally, the initial setup of WorkBuzz was very easy, a one and done process.

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

Exporting reports, I wish I could just view them on the platform, not just a file. Also, having to jump around the dashboard and enter new tabs for the same website; I can't just click around like I want to.

**What do you like best about WorkBuzz?**

I like how WorkBuzz lets me see different graphs and percentages in the data trends, and it even creates scores for each question. This really helps me and leads me into my thought process. The initial setup was easy for me, and when I didn't have full access, I was able to get help easily.

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

I think WorkBuzz could be improved with a texting feature to send survey reminders. While we're able to send emails, having text reminders would be more convenient and efficient for the receiver as everyone has their phone and is likely to see a text message quicker than an email.

I use WorkBuzz to collect feedback from former employees in one place, and it helps me dig into survey data to identify root causes and themes.

On your point about visibility of who hasn’t completed surveys, this is a really important area. To protect anonymity and encourage honest feedback, WorkBuzz is designed so individual responses (and non-responses) aren’t visible at a named level. That said, we do provide response rate tracking and tools to help you monitor participation and send targeted reminders at a group level.

We’re also glad to hear that removing the need to manually create annual surveys is making a difference. Freeing up time for HR teams to focus on action, not admin, is a big part of the value we want to deliver.

Its so easy to use and the ability to view the data at different levels allows you beter insight without getting confused creating reports etc.

When a survey was completed, I still received a generic reminder  that I should complete my survey. If such messages can be more targeted at the right audience it will be helpful

Workbuzz is a good information tool that is easy to interprete and this in turn gives me the ability to solve some of the issues raised by my staff in survey. Workbuzz gives staff the voice and forum to be heard. As a manager, I can go to staff meetings and share the feeback with my team with a view on how to address any concerns and areas for improvement

I like its easy of use, the expertise available to help write questions to achieve the outcome we are looking for, which provides real information we can use to understand our workforce.

The implementation process was well supported by the team.  The customer support team were excellent and helpful and we are discovering new features all the time, which are easy to use.  I ability to drill down into the data is a real accett to the system so that we can target areas of concern and also those that are doing really well.

Navigating around the site takes a bit of time to understand where everything is and what filters to use to get the results you want take a bit of getting used to.

The implementation process was incredibly smooth, and I really appreciate the collaborative approach we took. Bringing together a diverse group of individuals from across various roles within our company to engage with the Workbuzz People Science team was invaluable. This collective input allowed us to design a truly comprehensive Employee Engagement Survey questionnaire, ensuring we covered all relevant areas of employee experience.

Additionally, I’m impressed with the dashboard that presents the Employee Engagement Results. It’s not only visually engaging but also provides actionable insights, allowing us to dive deeper into the data and make informed decisions for improving employee satisfaction and engagement. The combination of strategic collaboration and data-driven tools has set us up for success in fostering a positive workplace culture.

The only minor challenge we encountered was the translation process. As the company, we were responsible for translating the survey questions ourselves, which required a bit of extra effort on our part. While it was manageable, having a built-in translation service could have streamlined that step and made it even more seamless for us. Nonetheless, this was a small hurdle in an otherwise smooth and productive process.

Our WorkBuzz client manager is super helpful, collaborative, and responsive. Esther was flexible with how our non-profit org functions and timing. WorkBuzz admin is also easy to navigate and set up. The implementation was easy with the help of our client manager. Being an international organization, we appreciate the number of languages available.

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

The translations for the languages are not as accurate as we would hope for. We translated 6 languages other than English (Arabic, Burmese, French, Russian Spanish, Ukranian) and French was the most inaccurate.

This will be our organization's first All-Staff employee engagement in the last 4 years. This will help set the benchmarks for our org to support in aligning goals and initiatives to our strategy. It would be good if the platform was integrated into our Reward Platform.  That way I would be able to monitor and/or report on employee feedback relation to benefits, reward and recognition in one place.

We have been using Workbuzz for over 2 years now and we have really enjoyed using the platform, the team are always super supportive and always on hand to help. i am looking forward to attending the yearly event this year to see what the plans are going forward.

The only thing i can think of that i would say needs improvement, is the ability to copy the last survey as an exact, and not have to re-build. it would reduce the admin level for us.

Their support has made the process of setting up a new survey tool quick and easy, which has given our team a positive experience of change.

At this time we are unsure as to whether the software is flexible enough for us to facillitate all the different types of survey we conducted with our previous provider, particularly for smaller, ad hoc ones. It would be great to make the most of Workbuzz's features to conduct a variety of different surveys on a regular basis, keeping all of our data in one place.

Workbuzz is helping us to understand more about our employee experience at all stages of their career journey. This will help us to improve how we deliver induction and training, CPD, improved teamwork and retention.

The interface is super user friendly, the question library is up to date and it's easy to modify or add your own answers. Also the results dashboard in the end is easy to use and to filter per team what the detailed results are.

The way of how this to communicate to the organization is up to us and workbuzz doesnt facilitate in that unfortunately. Yes they have webinars, blogs etc about how to do this best but it would be great if they can come in to actually present the results to the company and also share what they see with other similair organizations. Employees are now skeptical when HR only presents the good results and leaves out the not so great results

Creating up to date question related to trends going on in HR.

**What do you like best about WorkBuzz?**

I was very new to employee engagement and researched many platforms before settling on Workbuzz. The support they have provided me through my journey of surveys and employee engagement has been incredible. I am now completing my 5th baseline survey and as a company this is providing us with the oppertunity to learn so much about our employees. From these surveys we have been able to create and implement actions to ensure employees feel valued and heard. I received thourough training on the platform and any additional questions or concerns were answered. Nothing was too much trouble for the workbuzz team and I have felt fully supported along the way.

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

I would like to be able to see the word cloud function better to be able to use as material for the home.

Workbuzz is allowing our employees to have their say. It has highlighted areas of concerns that they are facing from teamwork, communication, confidentiality to reward and recognition. **What do you like best about WorkBuzz?**

The WorkBuzz tools and dashboard are simple and intuitive and allow a good amount of customisation. You can draft your own questions, pick from their carefully curated examples or use a blend of both. We have recently started using the different language options which is an incredible pro for us with such a diverse workforce. But, the best thing about WorkBuzz is actually the team. Everybody you come into contact with is helpful, friendly and really responsive, ensuring that any queries or concerns are dealt with quickly. You can really see that their passion to make a difference filters from top down, a fantastic bunch of people!

**What do you dislike about WorkBuzz?**

Honestly, there aren't really many downsides and getting the results and data into the hands of our managers is easy thanks to WorkBuzz. Getting consistent traction is sometimes difficult, but that's our job. One thing we would love to see in the development pipeline is an integration with HRIS's to create a quicker, seamless experience when sending our Lifecycle and Pulse Surveys.

**What problems is WorkBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us as a business to understand where our challenges are within our employee engagement, employee lifecycle, onboarding experiences etc. It allows us to use specific data to target these areas and put into place actions for improvement. By Using WorkBuzz we have given our teams a voice where they can give real time feedback about how they are feeling through anonymised feedback twice a year. For us, it ultimately promotes a culture of continuous listening.

I like how all the data is broken down after the survey and provides a great way to view. Emma who is our main contact at Workbuzz is also fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.

I think the polls could use a bit more work, for example there isn't an option to view the email invite before sending it out.

It's not possible to view data from previous surveys against the current data without manual manipulation outwith the platform.  This makes it difficult to see positive or negative trends easily.

We are able to target our high needs areas that we may not have focused on previously such as changing the ways that we communicate with our deskless employees.  It helps to show the areas that are somewhat irrelevant to the overall employee experience so that we can pinpoint actions on what really matter.
