I like the reporting aspects of Workbooks and the flexibility of using one report to create several. We use Google mail and Dropbox for sending out letters with attached documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pretty much everything about the tool, from the overly complicated UI, to the features and functions it doesn't have that even free offerings support. I've used ACT, Sage CRM & Sales-i in the past and they aren't as good as this.

It is a bit slow pulling the data from our Sage system, i.e. we have a products purchase report that will take 20seconds to load. but it is pulling a lot of data so it's acceptable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
