Workbooks pricing & plans
1. Although licenses are displayed as £25 / $39 / €30 per user per month for Workbooks CRM, £55 / $78 / €65 per user per month for Workbooks Business and £125 / $167 / €145 for Workbooks Events, customers pay for their licenses on an annual basis, in advance. To clarify, customers should expect to pay an annual price of £300 / $468 / €360 per user for Workbooks CRM, £660 / $936/ €780 per user for Workbooks Business and £1,500 / $2,004 / €1,740 per user for Workbooks Events.
2. Certain optional add-ons must be purchased for all users. To clarify, the Multi-Currency Extension, Multi-Company Extension, Advanced Security Extension and Audit Extension must be purchased by all users when selected. The Exchange Integration and the Contract Management modules can be purchased only for those users who need access to them.
3. Each paid account is allocated 100GB of standard storage which can easily be added to in affordable 5GB blocks. Free accounts are allocated 1GB of storage.
