I love the easily changeable views so you can see the data you want in the layout you want. Our team, of whom some were new to using CRM has learnt to use it and use it daily, so its easy to learn and quick to use on a day to day basis, which was important to us.

Interface, online support, ease of importing data.
We were able to get a basic grasp of the system very quickly - this was the key reason we chose Workbooks over other options we tried.

Fake 'personalised' emails from local reseller...
Some aspects are not intuitive (best practise for follow-up activity for example) but in fairness, we haven't taken this up with anyone. If I can't find an answer online, I move on or work round it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the SAAS capabilities of Workbooks, it was very easy to customize and add fields and the support i have received from Brian Walsh of Lucid Switch has been exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have tried numerous CRMs over the years and workbooks has been the only one that has ticked all the boxes for us. Because of the nature of our business we have a fast growing and ever changing customer base and Workbooks API's have enables us to hook straight into our own userbase and provided us with the power to really keep in touch with our customers at precisely the right time. To be truthful we haven't got any major gripes with Workbooks. It really has suited our needs perfectly over the years and although change is good sometimes, with Workbooks perhaps thats not the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
