The ease of transferring contact date from Outlook to Workbooks. Also whilst Workbooks is clearly a bespoke product, it can easily be adapted to suit the needs of your own business. Workbooks offer consultancy work to perform much of this for you or can train an administrator so you can do it in house

Sometrimes the WOC can be a bit unstable and not start up but it's fine as you can just re enable the add in in Outloook options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Workbooks is very simple to use once you get you head around it. I have used Salesforce in previous jobs so the lack of drag and drop features was a little weird at first but their 'list' system has really grown on me now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting function is very difficult to use at first and takes some getting used to. The user guides and help area can be a bit difficult to use and can often to help answer your question.
