The integration with other systems, such as eventbrite/mailchimp/survey monkey etc could be improved. Also, the speed of the system, so jumping between different displays could be smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is straight forward to use and it is flexible enough to personalise to suit my business requirements. I can plan in advance and know exactly what I need to do each day. My team can up date me so I have all the information required to make a good sales proposal
I can prioritize my business and I can blacklist any clients that I know longer want to work with.

The only issue I have is when my internet connection is not great. It can then work too slow for my liking.

Happily just renewed for another 12months and can still confirm Workbooks has been a dream since the original installation a number of years ago in their infancy; it is intuitive, easy to use and invaluable for the day to day running of my previous business and my current one. The team are professional and helpful and the service has never experienced any issues from a connectivity point of view so I am safe knowing my data is safe and easily accessible anywhere in the world which is helpful when running a small business and you need constant access wherever you are. 10 out of 10 Workbooks. Ideally an inbuilt program for exporting invoices etc. into accounting systems such as Sage maybe useful, however this is achievable via a 3rd party plugin therefore not a great hindrance! I am lucky enough not to have to do this so my processes are quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Interface is quite boring, sometimes there are rare cases of lagging but this is expected in a system, my biggest recommendation would be to simply update the gui , make it more user friendly in the way it looks, i like to look at a piece of software and think that should be easier than it actually is. and this software does highlight this but to only some extent. There are some very good features that have taken the best bits of different CRM systems and brought them together. The ability to customise searches and various other aspects to suit the individual user is provides a positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The search abilities are poor when searching for a company for example, if the name is account is 'The XYZ Company' and you were to search 'XYZ' the account will not show. This has left many of us treading on other peoples accounts. I feel the overall asthetic of the user display could be improved with a more intuative design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration worked into our roll out of Workbooks for Adobe Echo-sign (Document Signee Service)
It allows for documents to be signed at ease by multiple contacts and will store completed under client accounts
The progress can also be monitored throughout directly within WBs, which is very useful for our account managers on this end as they do not necessarily initiate the process, but need to know where we are within the process :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One key change i'd like is for the email notification messages that arrive to once clicked
Preference would be to taken directly to the existing instance of Workbooks running opposed it opening a new web window and prompting you to close it and referring you to the session
