What do you like best about Workbooks?

Don't get me wrong it is a great CRM , they think end to end control of the chain with the customer , in fact they start with the client and end with the client , but it seems not quite integrable with other systems or data from another place.

From a technicall point of view is great to use or capabilitty of use MYSQL db Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workbooks?

Lak of integration with oracle , is really confusing to get data from another place.

For latin america markets is not quite adjust to use full features , it seems to be design for other market les agilly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
