Customer support is incredible. All hail Ross! Not difficult to customize if you have a little experience with programming. I know I'm not even touching the majority of the functions but for tracking new business, existing business and keeping in touch with those existing clients, it's perfect for me. Simple to use - I can log in anywhere. Simple to add new fields as I discover new needs. The simplicity of this system is what set Workbooks apart from other software for us. It's incredibly user-friendly and the fact that we could customise it ourselves without the need for expensive consultants was a real bonus for us. We were up and running with a bespoke CRM system within a matter of days.

There isn't much to dislike about this software. Any issues we've had have been effectively dealt with by the Workbooks team. My one niggle would be that the quotation module & line items section don't work too well for our business - not necessarily a criticism of Workbooks as our business is very complicated.
