When I was first learning how to use it, I was surprised how intuitive it is. It can be used to track invoicing, orders, customers, etc. It does a lot of the work for you, which is amazing.
It also has a great reporting function that I use to create weekly reports. It's almost like having an assistant who does a lot of the work for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can't search by ID, which seemed kind of like a gaping hole in the abilities.
I also wish you could search with a portion of a word instead of needing the whole word every time.

Workbooks is like having an extra hand to take care of tasks. You are able to have a lot of client information in one space and it is very user friendly. Also automatic updates are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Need to make sure that you do not use Internet explorer, especially with the gator mail add-on as it is then very slow but runs brilliantly on other browsers.
