I like the new design (easier to use) and how you can create bespoke reports and change the layout of records. We import data monthly from other system and it's very helpful to be able to use settings from a previous import. It's also a helpful tool to keep record of GDPR requirements. Some technical problems aren't quickly solved. For example not being able to automatically update fields in contact records using the employer (related record) information without having to open and save each of them (impossible when there are thousands).

Workbooks allows our company to capture data and record the sales progress of our enquires through to order. It also allows us to create marketing campaigns and be able to understand the response rate of our campaigns. The reporting aspect of the workbooks is also very powerful and they run as live data which enable us as a business to monitor growth and orders as and when the data is created in workbooks.

Workbooks is amazing for helping you segment the audience you want to reach and target it effectively. It is easy to process the orders you get (you get step-by-step instructions on everything you need to do). It’s also convenient for customer service purposes. All this in one tool! I don't really have anything bad to say about Workbooks CRM however if I did have to choose one thing to be improved it would be the look and feel of the software - it could be a bit more modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flow of the software is excellent and it eliminates the need to use other software programs. Workbooks does it all!

Being cloud-based, the system is perfect for external access. Workbooks has given our business the flexibility it needs in a CRM and has provided great usability for our business. .
