What really displeases me about this program is that it is not easy to set up and program. It's very customizable and its reports can be configured to suit my needs visually, it is also true that to reach that level of configuration you need hours of effort and patience to learn how to configure everything correctly. Workbooks flexibility enables us to edit and format the system precisely as we would like. It is pretty easy to use as it is intuitive. We are able to find everything we need about our customers in just a few clicks. The layout is user friendly. It works pretty well on every device. Sometimes the support isn't that good. Is does really depend on who is helping you. That being said: most times their help desk is responding quick and coming up with quick solutions to problems.

The package isn't suitable for large companies, but it's a great pick for small businesses.

I would like more ability to be able to change layouts of PDF's so I can make changes as and when the business needs it.

I would like more information when I receive errors when creating reports, or a bit more content on the Knowledge Base about this so that I do not need to refer my queries to Support as often.

Workbooks is a brilliant self-service product that has enabled my company (insurance based) to take complete control of our data, something we lacked with our previous platform. Though the CRM package was not built to support a company like ours, we have been able to customise our databases heavily to meet our needs. This has been helped massively by the amazing Support team, and I must mention Sam Harris and Alix Snell in particular.

I would benefit greatly from more specific error messaging when creating Calculated Columns in Reporting, or some more information about what may cause specific errors in the Knowledge Base. I am not confident with SQL and the differences between formulas that work in SQL vs Excel can cause some confusion for us sometimes.
