Very affordable for small business. We are trying to integrate Workbooks with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central effectively without a hefty cost, at this moment we are using export/import with existing interface provided by Workbooks. We use Workbooks to find leads and opportunities, create quotes that leads to sales orders. On one side of the story it has many advantages but looking at other side there some flaws as well. When creating calculated customized reports there appear some errors and bugs which are need to be fixed. Also to understand it fully more content and knowledge should be provided thus it takes time to fully comprehend it. To look for a particular record there should be some more improvements.
