"Effortless Setup and Unique Features"
What do you like best about Wodify?

I really value the lead tracker page on Wodify, as other software doesn't offer this feature. When someone books a trial on our website, their info is automatically added as a lead, and I can organize my tracker page accordingly. The website integration is another aspect I appreciate, ensuring a smooth workflow. I also found the initial setup of Wodify to be very straightforward and easy, rating it a 10 out of 10. What do you dislike about Wodify?

I wish the simple sign in page was its own app instead of a window as I don’t like people being able to access the web or our Wodify database on the check in iPads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Integrations with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Wodify?

I highly recommend Wodify for CrossFit gym owners. Their service and support levels are terrific, always prompt with responses and issue resolutions. The program easily integrates with several outside programming, including Mayhem, which saves a lot of admin time each week. The POS integration is a great feature as well. The Wodify team is always working on system enhancements and listens to client feedback. The app is very easy for members, making for a great experience. It's easy for members to register and sign in to classes, view the workouts, scores, and review previous results. They are very helpful with educational trainings and questions. What do you dislike about Wodify?

The site is clunky from an admin perspective. One example is when creating a new coach, everything you need to set them up for classes, pay rates, etc. should all be in one place. "Effortless Workout Management, Needs More Viewing Features"
What do you like best about Wodify?

I love how Wodify is super easy to use, which makes it convenient for me to post all the workouts needed for the week and for my members to view them effortlessly. What do you dislike about Wodify?

I would like to see hero workouts, and some of the CrossFit girl workouts that are more easy to view to make a decision if you want to do that work out for the day instead of pasting then having to delete it because it’s not what you wanted. Well for me, you can see the names on the left-hand side of the board, but it would be nice to to press on the name and actually see what the workout is before you drag paste. What do you like best about Wodify?

I like the convenience of working with Wodify. We use class bookings a lot, and managing clients through the application is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wodify?

I do not use the billing section, as we have a separate billing program. We would like to have the ability to mark our students with a color-coding system to indicate their status, such as green for everything okay, yellow for attention, and red for problems. "Wodify Keeps Getting Better"
What do you like best about Wodify?

My favorite part of using Wodify is that it keeps my clients motivated to attend classes. When clients hit a PR, Wodify alerts them with a "Congratulations!" message. When clients are about to miss their "consecutive attendance streak." Wodify alerts them and they show up just to keep their streak alive. There is a lot of work like this that I sued to do manually, but Wodify handles it automatically now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wodify?

I really enjoy that Wodify is a one-stop shop for my gym business. I like that I only have to apply the programming in one place, and it gets put over to all the places it needs to be, from customers viewing it in the app, coaches accessing it, to being displayed on the big screen in the gym for everybody to use during workouts. What do you like best about Wodify?

I’ve been a Wodify customer for more than 12 years, and as a gym owner, it has been one of the most reliable systems I’ve ever used. We run all of our CrossFit classes through Wodify — from scheduling and attendance to performance tracking — and it has consistently made our operations smoother and more professional.

The platform is easy for both coaches and members to use. New athletes pick it up quickly, and my coaching staff loves having programming, class check-ins, and athlete data all in one place. The workout tracking features are especially valuable; members stay engaged because they can see their progress over months and years.

What I appreciate most is stability. After more than a decade, Wodify has kept our entire gym’s performance history organized and accessible. Every PR, benchmark, cycle, and cycle retest is stored and easy to reference. It’s been a huge part of how we build community and keep athletes motivated.

If we ever changed software, I think our members would revolt.

Wodify continues to improve its interface and add new features without becoming complicated or cluttered. For any gym owner who wants a dependable, all-in-one platform for class management and athlete tracking, Wodify has absolutely proven itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wodify?

Payroll for staff isn't the best when dealing with personal training or nutrition clients, especially in setting hours for payment. Also, members doing personal training or personal programming can't easily track their personal stuff. These are my two biggest areas that could be improved.
