I really appreciate Wodify's excellent online support. We encounter a number of problems frequently, and their support team is first class in handling these issues. Although I haven't used many CRMs before, I find Wodify reasonably user-friendly. I also like that Wodify works with us to build solutions and address problems as they arise. I still have issues with the calendar integrations. Even though there was a recent update, I need to check if the same problems exist. When appointments or classes are canceled, they remain on the individual person's Google Calendar and aren't deleted. This results in those slots still showing as busy on our end, and it doesn't open up appointments. Our staff members have to manually delete them. Also, it feels like we're tackling business support issues piecemeal instead of from a strategic perspective. There's a lot of potential with Wodify, but it creates a lot of work to be done in-house, like adapting and modifying text in app chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
