What do you like best about Wodify?

I really appreciate Wodify's excellent online support. We encounter a number of problems frequently, and their support team is first class in handling these issues. Although I haven't used many CRMs before, I find Wodify reasonably user-friendly. I also like that Wodify works with us to build solutions and address problems as they arise. What do you dislike about Wodify?

I still have issues with the calendar integrations. Even though there was a recent update, I need to check if the same problems exist. When appointments or classes are canceled, they remain on the individual person's Google Calendar and aren't deleted. This results in those slots still showing as busy on our end, and it doesn't open up appointments. Our staff members have to manually delete them. Also, it feels like we're tackling business support issues piecemeal instead of from a strategic perspective. There's a lot of potential with Wodify, but it creates a lot of work to be done in-house, like adapting and modifying text in app chats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wodify?

I like using Wodify for managing accounts. It's great to be able to sign up students, take payments, and handle memberships all in one place. I appreciate how it simplifies the process from signing someone up to keeping track of payments, attendance, and levels. I also enjoy being able to communicate through the app with students, whether it's through the chat feature or easily finding their email. The customer's profile has everything I need, from personal info and attendance to levels achieved and payment info. The initial setup was easy, which made transitioning to Wodify smooth. What do you dislike about Wodify?

It’s hard to navigate the member to sign memberships once they’re sent. Also when signing up for a new Wodify account, there’s no option for new members. I have to walk new students through the process by clicking 'forgot password' and entering their email to reset their password that was never set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wodify?

I really appreciate the ease of having a program written into Wodify, like the NorCal programming, which saves me a lot of time by not having to write it down myself. I find it great that my athletes can access these programs on a screen daily, or even follow them from the mobile app. The clients also seem to really like the record or bookkeeping of their results. What do you dislike about Wodify?

I think the sign-in process is limited because I would love to have a more local access control like a tourniquet system at the entrance. This would allow me to enforce client sign-ins right at the door, but I don't see that functionality available. Also, the door release solution from Wodify is way too expensive. What do you like best about Wodify?

I really appreciate Wodify's incredibly advanced reporting system that allows me to be creative in identifying and solving complex business problems. Wodify removes all headaches related to class scheduling and attendance. I am impressed with how they are consistently improving their platform. Whenever there's been an issue, they have immediately responded and helped me find a workaround or fix in a very timely manner. The integration with our HybridAF 24/7 access system and Quickbooks Online is seamless. The initial setup, although complex, was made comfortable by a dedicated account representative who guided us throughout, making sure we anticipated our needs without rushing us. What do you dislike about Wodify?

What do you like best about Wodify?

There are multiple things our gym loves about Wodify. From an admin perspective, the database is organized and easy to navigate. I think you have a lot of autonomy in settings to make things work for your specific gym. From a Coach perspective, things are integrated seamlessly and easy to navigate when Coaching classes and having appointments with clients. From a member standpoint, the app is also easy to navigate and keeps a good history of past workouts and progress. I also feel like Wodify support is super responsive and helpful. Everyone I have talked to is really willing to help and figure things out - even when they are a little out of the box. And I feel like the software is constantly improving and taking into consideration the needs of all gyms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wodify?

From an admin perspective, I find the appointments a little clunky and the integration into the calendar. I don't necessarily like that a member has to have an "appointment membership" in order to book. I can understand that for certain things (PT sessions), but not for some of the uses we need. What do you like best about Wodify?

I like that all of our processes are in one app and software with Wodify. Unlike other gyms that use several different apps for billing, workouts, and communication, we just use Wodify for everything. It makes things so much simpler for our clients since they only need to download Wodify to track their workouts and billing information. Communication-wise, everything is in one place, which I appreciate the most. When our staff gets comfortable with learning Wodify, it becomes their one-stop shop for everything they have to do. Wodify is constantly updating features and finding new ways for us to communicate with clients, which I find very helpful. I also commend the support team. Our guy, John, is great at providing assistance, even setting up a report for personal records in just a day. Overall, Wodify overwhelms me with how much it can do, but in a good way. What do you dislike about Wodify?

I mean, there's times that something might be a little glitchy. There's times that something might not go perfectly, but they're pretty on top of fixing that stuff. You know? If I let them know that there's some sort of an error, they'll take care of it pretty much right away. And, I think that's to be expected with any type of software. I don't think any software is perfect. But, they're good at writing whatever things come up when you bring them up. So, I mean, like I said, honestly, not not much. What do you like best about Wodify?

SO far the customer service of John Rittmen. I am new to the system but he is showing me all the perks and going out of his way to make time for me while my last company is trying to make leaving the hardest it could be. Thankful to be in better hands.

The color orange in my dashboard. I wish we could customize it better like we can our app. Also the simple check in, I wish we could see birthdays, trial end dates and the classes updated to the next class on their own or had an easier button for our members to switch classes when were not at the desk. What do you like best about Wodify?

What do you like best about Wodify?

The thing we love most is that Wodify consistently demonstrates that they truly care about our business. If we have questions, they’re answered immediately. If we need help with the software, they’ve got our back. It’s refreshing to be able to log in and talk to a real person (not a chatbot) when we need to troubleshoot something. And if the issue is more involved, we can hop on a Zoom call. The Wodify customer support team is genuinely invested in our success, and it brings incredible peace of mind.

The software itself is simple, intuitive, and every feature feels like it was created with gym owners in mind. We use Wodify for everything: scheduling, payments, class programming, and the digital displays our clients follow during workouts. And everything just works.

What do you like best about Wodify?

I've operated CrossFit Gyms and boutique studios for the last 20 years. I've opened 13 gyms in that time and I've worked with a number of software companies along the way. In 2025, we opted to move to Wodify. It was a scary decision because migrating a few thousand accounts felt like a lot of exposure for our business. This is where their team made the difference.

Rather than push us to move quickly. The team guided us for weeks through all the inner workings of the process. When we got cold feet a few times, they were calm and helpful. No pressure sales - pure value add from the start. In the end, not only did we move forward, but the transition couldn't have been easier.

And then came the really good stuff.

Where many companies sell and flee - these guys took a different approach. Onboarding us with 30-60-90 day check ins (Thanks, Megan!), and providing us with an incredible direct support member who clearly comes from the gym industry (Hey Devyn!), they helped us bring all of the Wodify tools to life in our business.
