"Wodify Has Everything: Easy Workouts, Payroll, Reports, and Unmatched Support"
What do you like best about Wodify?

Wodify is the best gym management software we have ever used. Has everything, and the customer service and tech support behind all of it is second to none. Its easy to write/modify/program workouts for my classes, its VERY easy to run payroll and divide up roles for coaches, track 'gym health' with various forms and reports, and communicate with members via email and announcements. What do you dislike about Wodify?

There are A LOT of options on the back end so learning and identifying what works best for you takes some time. There is upside to this too though. If there was one thing I would critique it would be the saving and modifying of the email builder. Still great though.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Class Management with Effective Tracking"
What do you like best about Wodify?

I like the Wodify app, especially the way it's designed. I also appreciate that they're allowed to gamify things, which I like. It's so user friendly, and I find the integration with ClassPass good. The initial setup was pretty easy, honestly, and it was very easy to shift over from Wix to Wodify. The performance tracking side of things is great. It's been cool to have about two to three different coaches that come in and coach part-time. This has allowed me to save a lot of time, diversify, and focus on different things. What do you dislike about Wodify?

I think the white labeled app would be nice. I feel like they could integrate with more door access companies, like the one I'm using, Unify. They could also offer online programs and courses and help build an online community for businesses, similar to what Tribe does, like a white label app where you just put in your exercises and programs and sell that to people on a monthly subscription basis. What do you like best about Wodify?

I am so in love with all of the features Wodify offers right now, and I'm excited about the possibility of upgrading to access even more features as my business grows. The automations are definitely going to be game changing for me. The onboarding process has been incredible, and I've learned so much with Wodify. The team has been so helpful compared to the previous platform I used. The level of customer service is extremely high, and I'm genuinely impressed. What do you dislike about Wodify?

For me, because I have a business that has multiple aspects and I work with a lot of children, the last platform I used allowed me to move through tasks more easily, just through my account, without needing to set up more different profiles. This ease of management is something I miss. I know this capability is available with an upgraded account, but starting out as a solo entrepreneur, it just didn't seem like a good idea for what I need right now. Additionally, I'm waiting for Wodify to be integrated with Gympass or Wellhub, which would make it easier for my clients to access my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wodify?

I like Wodify's features and fast support, as every problem we had was responded to within minutes. The initial setup was user-friendly and intuitive, with excellent customer care and several video calls. I also appreciate how Wodify is almost an all-in-one system for our CrossFit Affiliate. What do you dislike about Wodify?

I'm missing the possibility to build custom reports on my own. It's possible to use only predefined reports, and if anything else is needed, it has to be built by Wodify based on a request. I would like to access our data in real time too, as it's currently updated twice a day and sometimes some values are not updated. What do you like best about Wodify?

I like that Wodify's marketplace allows me to provide programming to gyms all over the world, and their software makes running the gym quick, effective, and easy. The platform is very user-friendly and entering workouts is a breeze with the tools they provide. Their staff is always quick to respond whenever any issues pop up and they get the issue corrected the same day. Switching to Wodify from Push Press was a good choice for us because it was less intuitive and the response time from staff was frustrating there, while Wodify's staff made the setup very easy and walked us through everything, making the transition very smooth. What do you like best about Wodify?

I like how Wodify is constantly evolving. Whenever I encounter an issue, Wodify inevitably comes up with a solution to improve the experience. Their customer service is very good and very prompt, especially with our Wodify site. When I contact them, the response is immediate and thorough. The evolving features and consistency build value within the product, and our members can get great value out of it. Switching over to Wodify sites was very easy, and I appreciate not having to make changes to the website myself since they handle updates almost instantaneously. What do you dislike about Wodify?

I think that something that could be improved is the communication between coaches from the back end. Not necessarily with members, but the ability to allow my coaches to have communication with each other so I don't have to use a separate chat feature and also to allow them certain capabilities that I don't necessarily want an admin to have, but that I would like a coach to have. What do you like best about Wodify?

All in one software, user friendly interface, customizable and intuitive app for my clients and my stafff. Clean and simple to use both on front end and back admin end. It looks nice and clean and they are always improving . Support is quick and good. I also like that my programming is uploaded in Wodify which saves a lot of time. What do you dislike about Wodify?

The reports can feel clunky, I tried to add website and CRM services to keep all my software with one company, but the built site was not good, it felt old and I ended up abandoning the project. Through that process I had to create my own workflows which I did not want to do. My current CRM is all set up for me but I can edit and personalize any and all steps. What do you like best about Wodify?

I love how everything is in one space. In the past, we've used different apps for workouts and managing members, but now everything's in one piece with Wodify. We can push things out to members really easily using features like SMS and marketing emails, which makes communication quick and easy. I love the workflows because they make my life easier and give me information without me having to do a lot of digging. Wodify's support is the best I've ever worked with. If I need a report or have a question, they get back to me usually in the same day, sometimes within minutes or hours, and they always lead me in the right direction or offer more help if I need further clarification. What do you dislike about Wodify?

One thing is with the SMS feature. I would love if there was an ability to schedule send on a mass SMS. So right now, I think you can only schedule send if you're sending an SMS to one individual. What do you like best about Wodify?

I use Wodify to run our gym, and it makes managing the members and their information, payments, and attendance much easier than attempting to do it on my own. I'm able to update memberships, and payment methods can be stored in the system safely. I like how simple it is to use and navigate. I value the app, which each member can utilize, and I like that birthdays are recognized and we get reminded about those. Wodify tracks all of the bigger things like attendance and PRs in a workout so that members can gauge how they're doing. What do you dislike about Wodify?

Occasionally, there are outages but they are rare these days. I would like the "trial class" option to be a paid option instead of free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wodify?

I like how Wodify includes everything in one system for our gym management. We manage classes, schedules, create and delete classes, add coaches, sign up members, process payments, and even handle payments for drinks. I also run reports and send emails to members. I appreciate how it makes my job as the owner and manager much easier. Additionally, I find the customer support excellent. Anytime I have an issue, I quickly get a helpful response via email or call. The support team is friendly and attentive, and they persist until any issues are resolved, which I very much appreciate. What do you dislike about Wodify?

I don't have anything that comes to mind that needs improvement. In terms of enhancement, maybe eventually some different reporting capabilities. We have ClassPass that integrates.
