**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I really appreciate how Wodify streamlines everything for my jujitsu business by offering all the necessary functionalities in one login. It tremendously simplifies operations for both my staff and our members, making it much easier for everyone to get what they need through a single, unified platform. Wodify does an outstanding job with billing, class scheduling, and member communication, which includes belt tracking, as well as apparel and retail sales. The ease of signing someone in for a class, selling a new rash guard, or promoting members within the app is impressive. I also find the custom dashboards and reports very beneficial, as they allow us to have the information we need at our fingertips. Their workflows feature is excellent for automating various tasks within the app, reducing the need for additional software. Furthermore, the initial setup was extremely easy, thanks to the supportive onboarding team that helped us customize the platform to fit our needs perfectly. Overall, Wodify is a clean, efficient product that outperforms other platforms like Zen Planner and PushPress, which we previously used.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

I can’t think of anything.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Wodify for billing, class scheduling, member communication, belt tracking, and retail sales, all in one app. It simplifies operations and increases efficiency with custom reports and dashboards, making it invaluable for my jujitsu business.

**What do you like best about Wodify?**

I like the simplicity of setting up client memberships and profiles with Wodify, which is valuable for tracking client's information. I also appreciated the initial setup process for Wodify, which was very simple due to the help from a staff member named Tiffany Heggebo. She provided great service, which was everything a customer looks for when trying a new business.

I like everything it’s a perfect platform

Wodify helps clients book classes easily and purchase memberships through a safe site. It simplifies setting up client memberships and profiles, and helps track client information.

They literally called me to tell me that they can save me money with a new bundle deal. What company does that? They are very friendly, quick to help, always rolling out improvements, etc. Very impressed.

Being able to put a payment method on file for a lead, not just members

I used to use 5 different softwares. Wodify streamlined all of them into one place (and was cheaper!)

I like that I can easily access Wodify via the app on my phone. I also like being able to keep track of my coaches and members through in-app chat, SMS, and email notifications.

The one thing that I am looking forward to be improved is just the search feature of SMS messages on the app.

The system comes fully equipped with all the tools our business needs to succeed, such as workflows and features for nurturing both leads and clients. These elements have been instrumental in converting many leads into clients—leads that might have otherwise been overlooked or forgotten due to our busy schedules.

Overall, there isn't anything major to complain about, but I do encounter occasional glitches when signing people into class through the app or when users are purchasing memberships. These issues are minor, but they do happen from time to time.

I have come across some glitches, but most of them have been resolved. Specifically, I'd like to see more custom reports for taxes purposes.

I like the transparency on what is being worked on and improved in Wodify. Working with our account rep Megan G. is amazing, and I appreciate the quick turnarounds, fixes, and instructions, which are some of the best I've ever experienced. The initial setup of Wodify was incredibly easy.

**What do you dislike about Wodify?**

I find some limitations in scheduling for 1 on 1 appointments and creating workouts for those clients so that they can easily access the workout for the day. Also, seeing the remaining sessions purchased or used for each client could be easier with a separate page.

Furthermore, Wodify simplifies the processes of phasing and canceling accounts. Its platform is invaluable for easing the management challenges faced in a gym environment. Moreover, Wodify's billing system is highly effective, offering direct deposit options which make financial management seamless. I would give it a solid rating of 10 because it comprehensively meets all my needs for managing memberships and leads, further proving its worth as a centralized, all-in-one solution for gym management.

I am frustrated with the loading time of the Wodify Core. Often, it displays a white screen and fails to load, requiring multiple refreshes or device restarts to resolve the issue. This affects the overall user experience and efficiency.

Essentially their one stop shop of tools, reports and functions from programming, marketing tools, communication tools, client management, analytics, payroll management, etc allows me to streamline many operations, become more efficient with my operations and focus on other aspect of the business without having to handle day-to-day on a regular basis.

I really like how easy it is to get help with questions through their message portal or email. I love the payment management system and how easy it is to use. As a one-woman show where I handle everything from business operations to social media, having Wodify streamline the payment process has been so helpful. The initial setup was super easy, which is great because I'm usually overwhelmed by technology.

I think the external links that are shared online could be better. Just have them be aesthetically friendly, a lot of people think the links are scams.

I like that it is all inclusive. 
Billing, Class bookings, APpointment Bookings and Workout Design/Tracking all in the one app. Plus now the Website is tied to the Core Platform

I love that they are constantly upgrading the platform with new features, it does sometimes cause some things to break due to the updates.

**What problems is Wodify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Class Bookings, Payments, Scheduling of 1-1 Sessions. Workout Creation and tracking plus website editing/updates.
It is great because everything is in the one platform, so everything talks to each other, making it easy to manage my business from the one location.

I find Wodify extremely valuable as it serves as a comprehensive member management system at our gym. It efficiently organizes classes, memberships, payments, and all communications with our members. I really like that it's very user-friendly for all levels of computer literacy, which makes it accessible to everyone on our team. Additionally, we only need one system for everything, which simplifies our operations considerably. My business partner found the initial setup quite simple, which is a big plus.

Their integration with QB online can sometimes be problematic. And they are continually upgrading their system, and sometimes things take a minute to work right.

I like that Wodify does everything for me. It tracks leads and clients, gives me detailed reports, and allows me to do payroll while keeping members and staff all on the same page. I also value the perform link because it's where I write all my workouts and I have ten years worth of a database at my fingertips. Additionally, I use Wodify for integration with QuickBooks, and all the data from Wodify gets merged into QuickBooks seamlessly.

I wish the tracking for members attendance in different programs could be under the same memberships

Wodify provides my CrossFit Gym with all the services my clients and I need.  We use their scheduling for both classes and PT. Our clients can view schedules and workouts and sign into class. We can control the timeframes clients see the workouts and sign in. We also use the membership payment services.  There are great personalized reporting options we use for financial predictions.

The app has been revised several times to be better and better. Previously it was confusing to members. Now it is better!

International payments not accepted. Would be great yo be able to accept payments through the app internationally

Visible wods for my different dynamics in one app. Athlete traffic on the daily.  Keeping accounting up to date.

Constantly improving. Huge range of tools. Scalable.

Sometimes can be a bit slow. Sometimes missing features that I need (I know that's inevitable. And you also eventually add in most of the things I need.)

Coach payroll - hours tracking etc.

It’s very user friendly and whenever I have an issue the response for resolution is so quick.

As of right now nothing. I’ve used it as a cosch for some time and now as an owner and it’s been great.

The ease of cashing out members and the auto deposit into my account with the notification emails.

It has become really slow. Some of the links takes time to load.

They've made communicating to members easier. When they added Stripe on the system, it made payment collections easier for us to manage.
