Wisehire combines advertising on several different job search services. The cost to advertise on one is greater than Wisehire charges to advertise on many. It is an affordable way to advertise for open positions and get maximum exposure. The Wizehire staff has created templates and job descriptions that get results. Each applicant completes a DISC personality test that allows us to focus on the applicants best suited for our positions. Whether sourcing local or international employees, I've found nothing better. Wize Hire was always very easy to post on and easy to navigate. We started getting multiple resumes a day for our job postings which was helpful to be able to have so many options before calling for interviews. We also got $100.00 of of our first month because we were referred by one of our Board members who also uses Wize Hire, which being a not-for-profit, was helpful financially. There are a lot of features I appreciate about Wizehire, but one of my favorites is the ability to look over a candidate's application and then move the candidate to the appropriate bucket (qualified, disqualified, interviewing, etc) while also adding notes to review. This is efficient as it prevents me from reviewing and re-reviewing the same candidate repeatedly. I also appreciate the DiSC assessment that Wizehire offers as it allows me to compare traits from a candidate to those that others who had prior success in the position posessed. I'm not sure there is a downside. We've used Wizehire for several years for hiring everything from an entry level receptionist to an experienced litigation attorney and everything in between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Over the past several years hiring the right candidate has become very difficult. Applicants are harder to find and when you do find them, they often lose interest before a company can get them in for an interview.
I'm in a Mastermind Group made up of 5 very successful companies. When staffing issues would come up, 3 of the members would rave about Wizehire. Within a week after signing up, I was sold and now am an enthusiastic supporter referer.
The service offers a monthly or annual subscription (which can easily be paused and continues to provide information on those who contacted you during the campaign even if you’re in the pause mode). Within two days of my submitting listings for two positions, a Wizehire “coach” asked me for approval on SEO based changes that they recommended for the job description. As soon as I approved the updates the responses started pouring in - 88 graphic designers and 52 production workers in less than 3 weeks when I closed the listings.
Even better, most were legitimate candidates. I refer to Wizehire as providing recruiting services because they don’t just offer a listing. In addition to their SEO review, Wizehire was able to provide a fit rating based on the applicants’ DiSK profile and provided an online customizable progress tracking tool. Information about candidates (resume, DISC profile, etc) was clear and concise, easily sorted and usable, and the format is great for moving candidates through the process.
Quantity of candidates was very good.

Wizehire generates the amount of cold source resumes I need to grow my team with quality candidates. I've also appreciate the assistance I've received crafting job descriptions. The interface is generally intuitive as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like almost everything about Wizehire: the platform, the supported process, the chat support team. And I've had good results as compared to Indeed and LinkedIn, which I moved off of a couple years ago when they changed their pricing model to charge per resume/applicant... However, recently there have been some changes to the platform, discussed in the 'dislike' section, which have tempered my great enthusiasm for Wisehire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is essential to have custom qualifiying questions, since all kinds of unqualified people do submit applications. Until recently, I was able to ask custom qualifying questions and filter based on response...but that changed and I can no longer do that. For my last hire, I was overwhelmed with responses (~400) but with no way to filter for qualification.
