The high frequency (once a week) it might be a bit overwhelming at the begining, but well used with the team helps fostering a fruitful dialogue that otherwise would not be possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm a big fan in general but maybe something that could be improved is to send regularly to the managers a report with their performance, trends, etc. Some managers do not have the habit yet to go and check their results, so a push could help keeping the intensity high. There are many good points to the Winnintemp system; for both staff and managers. For staff, it is quick and simple to use, and more importantly to many, it means they can have their voice heard while remaining anonymous. For managers, they are able to see up-to-date temperatures in a number of different areas and quickly see how they have improved or digressed over a certain period. I fully understand the need for anonymity, but do sometimes find it frustrating having conversations with a faceless/nameless person.
