So many things! But the software is easy to use for sales orders and traffic.
Allows you to run your entire station under one domain and reduces errors on orders and duplicate entry saving stations a lot of money and sales/traffics relationship on finger pointing. The system basically runs itself in scheduling as long as spots are coded correctly to programming and against all the other systems I have used, WideOrbit GETS IT.
My parting words are set up the front end up correctly to your needs and your spots schedule correctly, inventory is accurate and can be managed in advance.
Truly a traffic,sales, business and billing along with on air logs or TV and cable playback it can be bought as one perfect system in the USA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Training for sales reps is overwhelming look at most aspects as big brother watching. Main menu is confusing where the items reside until you have used it for a whole.

Wide orbit automation for radio has a familiar layout and is very reliable on-air.if a studio computer fails, or is restarted, programming continues to seamlessly play from the server. Good editing options for adjusting voice tracks. Overall a useful app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Configuration with any server will cause delays during live usage. Playback is not always instantaneous especially hot keys. No shortcuts interface is a bit clumsy and buggy. Working "too fast" can cause program to crash or become unpredictable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do like the way WO has most of the codes for the Unit as default after originally setting it up. The way it flows is pretty sweet. I have only used a couple of other systems. It was a bit intimidating at first, it is easy to get the hang of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
