What do you like best about When I Work?

This software has been great for employees. I like the GPS feature that they have to be at the building the punch in or out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about When I Work?

#1 frustration is pulling reports. The old software i used, I could set a custom date rang to pull hours data very quickly. With this software it all downloads as raw data in seperate pay period documents, I have to merg them all to then use a sum formula then then after 15 minutes i have useable data. When I Work is a user friendly software to work. I learn it very quickly.

It is time saving. Easy way to track employees clock in. Customer support is very quick to connect. I use it on daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, they don't have a real time solution for the issues. It is having issue with the work chat most of the time. Rest everything is fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about When I Work?

The scheduling area is great! They have an auto-fill and you can create multiple areas and assign each employee to the correct area. They also have amazing customer service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about When I Work?

You cannot remove individual messages from the chat. You have to remove the entire thread and then recreate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about When I Work?

I like that everything I need is in one place. I also like that I can see the team schedule as well as my own personal schedule. It was easy to implement for the team and with how much we use it, I'm glad it's such an easy system to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitely the amount of emails. But that was an easy fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When assigning users with the Role Manager and Supervisor they would receive notifications for users that share the same scheduling assignments as their profiles. You can assign specific schedules to the Manager Role, this would still allow them to view all schedules but only give them notifications for users who are assigned to the same schedule. You can assign Supervisor Role users to specific schedules, this would limit them to view only the schedules and users that are assigned to the same schedules as them and would send notifications based on those schedules.

The actualy scheduling program is strong enough for my needs and stragihtforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The chat funcation is one of the worst things about this program. Messages get deleted before sending, messages don't get sent at all, and no amount of support tickets helps this problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
