Flexibility, it's easy to learn, easy to train people on, mobile and browser friendly options allow all staff to have access and get notifications in multiple places at any given time. You can also clone week to week which makes posting next week's schedule super easy. There is still no ability to track paid lunch breaks. I would love to allow staff to "punch out" for lunch so I can see they are taking an appropriate amount of paid time to have lunch without it decreasing their hours. It would be a really helpful upgrade if they could get it done. Also, we have two workspaces that share employees, but you can't see who is scheduled in the other workspaces even though the employee has the same login. This software has been great for employees. I like the GPS feature that they have to be at the building the punch in or out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
#1 frustration is pulling reports. The old software i used, I could set a custom date rang to pull hours data very quickly. With this software it all downloads as raw data in seperate pay period documents, I have to merg them all to then use a sum formula then then after 15 minutes i have useable data. When I Work is a user friendly software to work. I learn it very quickly.

The scheduling area is great! They have an auto-fill and you can create multiple areas and assign each employee to the correct area. They also have amazing customer service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
