The WhatsApp API helps integration, it is easy to use and more pratical than write a custom API to integrate with WhatsApp. The WhatsApp API helps to connect with people and use systems like chatbot more easily (Custome Support) and has a good amount of features. There are a few dislikes for me

1.- You can not create you own message directly , you have to create a template .

2.- The aproving time of the template is too long , between 2 days to 2 weeks.

3.- is not free , afert 1000 interactions charges are needed

Contact people on good way to show them that you are very responsible about their concerns.. no issues or bugs happen suddenly on the app .. need only little improvements on the search method Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the WhatsApp API, chat is the most user-friendly. which is wonderful for people like me who work from home. It makes communication with my colleagues throughout the world simple.
