What do you like best about WhatsApp API?

We started using this bot around 4 years ago, and it has completely transformed the way we engage with our customers. It’s truly a must-have marketing channel for every business nowadays. Since adopting it, we’ve seen a remarkable improvement in customer retention and a noticeable increase in our CSAT scores.

One of the biggest advantages has been its ability to capture more leads at a much lower cost, which directly helped us reduce our overall CAC. On top of that, it streamlines communication, making the customer experience smoother and more efficient.

The WhatsApp API helps integration, it is easy to use and more pratical than write a custom API to integrate with WhatsApp. The WhatsApp API helps to connect with people and use systems like chatbot more easily (Custome Support) and has a good amount of features. What do you like best about WhatsApp API?

Now that the api is release to the cloud we can use it inside our system , without integrating to another system , just have to consume the api from my erp and send the data o the message directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatsApp API?

There are a few dislikes for me

1.- You can not create you own message directly , you have to create a template .

2.- The aproving time of the template is too long , between 2 days to 2 weeks.

3.- is not free , afert 1000 interactions charges are needed

Whatsapp Api is really helpful in terms of integerating with the application and sending campaigns to the target audience. We have been using whatsapp API for a while and it has given really great results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whatsapp API has some limitations like multiple selections and replying to older messages and replying on the messages with targeted message. But with the improvement the systems are improving.
