What do you like best about Vivun?

Vivun offers just about everything you need for Presales process and metrics, and the Hero app is very intuitive and easy to work with, and the SEs love it! I like how I can go into the Hero app for most of the operations needed, and it's super fast, instead of me having to use Salesforce, which tends to be slow.

The biggest difference for our company was the support. Our account manager, Jeff, made all the difference each time we hit a snag. Super technical, super helpful and it's truly a breath of fresh air not having to go through multiple parties to have things fixed, because Jeff always know where to point us to!

What do you dislike about Vivun?

What do you like best about Vivun?

As a manager, I now have invaluable data to show my team's productivity and highlight all of the behind-the-scenes work they do to support the business. I have been able to use these insights to further optimize our efforts and clearly identify high performers. Vivun has also completely leveled up the way we provide feedback to our product teams. We've been able to move away from disorganized spreadsheets, and we now provide a clear perspective on the R&D efforts that will unlock new revenue. Our account manager, Kaylee, has been awesome, and she has really been able to guide us on best practices so that we can make the most out of our investment. What do you like best about Vivun?

Hero is a single source of information for all of my ongoing opportunities as a Solutions Engineer. During forecasting, I can quickly describe the stage of each opp with the Funnel View. Additionally, I can store detailed notes about the account status, progress, and next steps for reference. Easily seeing the sales stage and dollar amount for each deal also helps with prioritization with the rest of the account team. Overall, it is highly effective in helping presales teams stay organized, focused, and aligned throughout sales process. Our Technical Account Manager, Bennett, has also been incredibly responsive with questions, customizations, and providing onboarding to the team to get the most out of the solution. What do you dislike about Vivun?

Hero helps solve the issue of not having clear visibility into what is happening on a presales team and at the individual contributor level. It provides a view of not only all active opportunities but also allows for easy filtering by account, SE, Quarter close, etc. Reports around how many hours an SE spent on each opportunity, time spent in a POC, and other helpful information can be generated as well. What do you like best about Vivun?

The ability to quickly enter deliverables and activities on deliverables has made the adoption of Hero as painlesss as possible. Our Account Manager, Katie M., did an incredible job guiding us through guiding us through the implementation and helping make intelligent decisions on how to set things up. The calendaring functionality needs to be enhanced. It would be great to visualize resource constraints and availability to make it easier to assign a resource. I would love to see a calendar with all the users and their availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the first tool that gives our Presales team the ability to track Presales activity and then provide robust reporting of the data. Hero is providing the most value by allowing our team to easily track activity so that management can report on various statitics e.g., time spent on deals, time spent on certain activities in the sales cycle, utilization by user, justification for additional headcount, keep track of gaps impact by lost revenue. The most helpful thing about Hero is that it helps our product teams prioritize product features that our customers want. What do you like best about Vivun?

The Vivun Hero tool drives efficiencies for our SE teams by providing a single pane of glass view into ongoing customer engagements. It's incredibly easy for each SE to set up meaningful dashboards using the available filters to gain insights into their assigned opportunities. The Vivun Hero tool does lack some flexibility and features when it comes to Team Member Requests, but I'm confident as we provide feedback to our support team at Vivun on these limitations, they will strongly consider adding more capabilities down the road. What do you like best about Vivun?

Vivun allows us to quantify product features and enhancements intuitively by summarizing the number of asks and their value. It's accessible as a part of the natural workflow (within Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, or Chrome app) making it easy for teams to log new gaps. Vivun consistently delivers new, advanced features about every month and I feel I have a partner in the Vivun team (always responsive and helps build solutions). What do you dislike about Vivun?

Successful implementation of the tool requires consistent operational processes to do two things: categorize newly created gaps into formal product feature requests, and associate JIRA work to the product gap. Without either of these, the tool can be limited in its efficacy. The Vivun team has recently rolled out new features to make it easier to do both of these tasks, but they still require manual effort and become bottlenecks if ignored.

Note Vivun is not intended as a solution to capture product bugs, due to higher natural frequency of reporting. Logging bugs continues to live as a separate process for our CS teams.

Because this is a Salesforce app, it requires an active Salesforce license per user accessing the dashboards and analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vivun helps us show single pane of glass from the Revenue organization to Product. We are able to blend asks from both Sales and Customer Success to summarize asks across the customer lifecycle, and we've set up email alerts to trigger when any important Breakers are logged so the executive team knows immediately.
