For the SEs on our team, logging activities has never been easier with the Google Calendar integration. For me as a Presales leader, Vivun has been an amazing asset for making strategic decisions on where to put resources, justify headcount needs, and provide coaching opportunities within deals. We have also seen some good adoption by the SEs so far in terms of managing their pipeline. In addition, the Vivun team has been incredibly supportive and has connected me with other SE leaders to learn best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform can sometimes be a little clunky within the UI, and it can take some time to learn best practices of basic things like filtering. I don't see much value from the reports within Hero so we turned to Salesforce. The out of the box Salesforce reports needed a lot of customization to get value from them, so you need to have a Salesforce admin or a reports and dashboard wiz to see some of the benefits. Vivun empowers our SEs to have an incredibly tight relationship with our sales team and makes them feel part of the larger organization as a whole. We are capturing such valuable information about WHY our customers are buying our products and allow our team to drive the product roadmap and increase revenue. Operationally, it's great to be able to track deliverables and activities across opportunities and gain insights on deals at risk to strengthen forecasting. I love the ease of use of the UI and how the data is also available in Salesforce, giving me a holistic view of an opportunity and verifying if there is a disconnect between commercial and tech sales. The calendaring tool is very useful - it isn’t a huge burden on my team to log their activity time, allowing me to make informed data-driven decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vivun gives our organization data that we've never had before. We now know how our SEs and Solutions Architects (SEA) are spending their time, which identifies high value vs. low value activities. I recommend Hero to anyone running a presales organization. It has allowed me to efficiently manage the team, make better data driven decisions to increase win rates in opportunties, and help infuence our product team in building features that are customers want to give us the competitive edge! I've been consistently impressed with the features, update frequency, and customer service offered by Vivun. Their development velocity has not slowed in the year plus since we've been a customer, and Vivun the company is raising the profile and value of presales within the SaaS ecosytem. My team has been able to adopt Vivun quickly - essentially full adoption within a quarter - and the flexibility of the platform supports varied use cases and sales motions for different business lines. Having visibility into product gaps that bubble up during a sales process, and the activities of my team which are leading to wins has really changed how I appreciate the role, and how we can better integrate with other business functions.
Honestly, I have so much data and clarity around what's actually happening in sales processes, we are just beginning to unlock the value of the tool after a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a Salesforce Managed Package implementation, we encountered some difficulties in efficiently integrating with our company's implementation of Salesforce. I think there are some opportunities for improvement of the Notes feature in Vivun, but it's also flexible enough to support varied use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hero has allowed our small GTM team (Series B startup currently) to take our forecasting and reporting to the next level. While Hero as a standalone tool is fantastic, the added data in SFDC has opened up the doors for our AE team to forecast scheduled POCs and duration of active POCs accurately. In addition, we've implemented the presales stage to our standard reports to quickly identify any misalignment between technical sellers and the reps. The feature that allows both AEs and SEs to record Opportunity Gaps has also been very valuable for our product and engineering teams. From a UI perspective, the calendar integration is simple and efficient. The card view of the funnel is also very nice for those used to working with tools like Trello. The tie back to SFDC and not a custom data store is also helpful since it allows SalesOps and SEs the ability to update Hero activities and Deliverables while working in SFDC quickly. We have a very technical team of solutions engineers, and I wish that Hero's API was documented/available for custom integration work. This can be circumvented by utilizing the SFDC API. However, the ability to take Hero to the next level with custom integrations and add-ons would be a welcomed update.
