Vivun is built with PreSales in mind, it has everything our team needs to ensure their activities are tracked, view how deals are progressing, and it allows us to quickly view Hero Scores to help in our sales forecasting. The hero scores are explained in detail, which is great so we can tailor our apporach to the deal. The calendar integration is a huge time saver for our team, and the ability to support metrics that our Executive Leadership Team needs to know has proven to be worth its weight in gold. We were able to develop both team member scorecards and reporting metrics for product, finance, sales, and other stakeholders based off the simplicity of the system.
The implementation of the project was seemless and fast, and our regular checkins with our CSM help keep us on track, we always are able to see how we should utilize the product better based off their experience as well as the ability to see all the new features they are coming out with. The post sales team there is always willing to jump on a call and show our team members new features, or help us re-train/re-focus.
We are consitantly exploring new ways to use the tool across functional teams because of the power it brings to our team.
I am not sure how we were able to perform our jobs effectively without a tool like Vivun Hero, its been a truely great partnership Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The analytics in the platform could be improved, but they give us all the data we need to write our own reports. I know they are working on a more in product dashboard. I like the simple interface the shows evey single stage in presales lifecycle. And able to update my tasks. It really helps me keeping track of all the activities done per opportunity.

While we have complete control in Vivun with Vivun setup, when we want to add something custom to Vivun, that comes from Salesforce and at least in my organization, I do not have access to edit this so it takes a little longer to add custom fields into Vivun. For the SEs on our team, logging activities has never been easier with the Google Calendar integration. For me as a Presales leader, Vivun has been an amazing asset for making strategic decisions on where to put resources, justify headcount needs, and provide coaching opportunities within deals. We have also seen some good adoption by the SEs so far in terms of managing their pipeline. The platform can sometimes be a little clunky within the UI, and it can take some time to learn best practices of basic things like filtering. I don't see much value from the reports within Hero so we turned to Salesforce. The out of the box Salesforce reports needed a lot of customization to get value from them, so you need to have a Salesforce admin or a reports and dashboard wiz to see some of the benefits.
