From the perspective of a content creator, being organized and able to plan content in advance is KEY! Vista Social makes that all possible. Previously I was using Agorapulse and I find Vista Social way more user friendly and with more options and great employee advocacy. I like that I can plan out my content calendar in advance and assign to my manager for approval. This allows you to post at the right times for your target market. The tagging option takes a bit of time to get used to but once you figure it out, it's not a problem. Just like everything else in life, when you switch to something different, it takes a few minutes to figure it all out. It has everything I need all in one place, gone are the days of having multiple tabs open. Vista social is versatile enough to use without being overwhelming and provides the perfect birdeye view of all the social media accounts I have open. It also has very nice project management tools so I can schedule tasks for my team, Allowing them to focus on work and me to focus on what needs to be done to keep the ship steady and in motion.

Ever since I was introduced to vista social, it has played important part as my digital marketing & management tool. It has features that stand out; the integration which makes it super easy to link with top social media network profiles from a centralized dashboard. With vista social, you can also get detail analytics, which has helped me identify and make necessary improvement. It also provides you with content calendar overview of scheduled posts. Vista Social is well organized and neat making it easy to use and navigate around the app. I really enjoyed having all my messages coming in to one place making sure that I never miss any important communication and the filter really make it easy for me to organize my conversations however I desire. My team an I reall enjoy using the Advocacy Program as it allows our employees to share brand content to their personal social media accounts. The ease of implementation makes it convenient to use the app on a daily basis. I just can't emphisise how easy it is to integrate different social media platforms to the Vista Social app. And lastly, the Vista Social team are very helpful and supportive with getting you comfortable using the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Firstly, I use Vista Social on a weekly basis, for all of my scheduling, community management, and analytics reporting. It is one of the best platforms I have used within my professional career. One of the highlights of this platform is its ease of use. The platform is well-structured and its layout is easy to navigate, essentially allowing even beginners to navigate the platform with ease. Bonus: the platform helps you as you go along, explaining each tool and its function if you don't understand. It guides you as you set it up, and provides tutorials for where you need some extra help. Also, the implementation of Vista Social is near seamless, allowing for the platform to be integrated into your existing workflows. I was able to connect all of my social media profiles effortlessly, and they offer quite a range of social media channels to connect to. One thing that I really liked was the fact that it was able to integrate with Canva. This allowed me to create content seamlessly, and completely streamlined my workflow. Lastly, Vista Social has one of the top customer support functions I have experienced. All issues and queries are dealt with exceptionally fast through their live chat and email functions, and all of my queries have been dealt with on that very same day! Vista Social makes it easy to schedule my posts. As someone who has a busy schedule, I find it convenient for me to schedule posts for my different clients at once and not have to worry about missing a deadline. It supports a variety of social media platforms such as Threads, Tiktok ,Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram.
The icing on top is that I do not have to go to those individual platforms to track performance data as the platform provides detailed insights tailored to each platform. This is literally a game-changer for social media managers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As any Social Media Manager, I face one problem. I have a lot of accounts and different time zone for all clients across America! And to post 1 post to all social networks, I lose a lot of time, and of course the time zone affects it. I looked for different apps and it was Vista Social that seemed more convenient.
What I like about this app is that I can easily see the stats of all accounts. Also, when I send reports to clients, I can quickly take screenshots and see the stats for each post and send quick reports to clients.
Also, I like that I can create a hashtag group for each profile, which is a very convenient option! Before, I also used to spend a lot of time doing this, but now it's very easy when publishing posts, I just choose the right hashtag group. Because I have very different profile topics.

Complete SMM tool, ease of installation and use, appealing user interface, includes campaign management and social listening, the unified inbox is beneficial to engage with responses. Has agency plans that allow catering for multiple clients. Customer service is responsive, but does not have solutions for all issues.

Limitation of 10 pictures per post is not practical and requires manual rework every time after a scheduled post is submitted. The unnecessary restriction is only applied when using the web interface, not when using the mobile app (which has other disadvantages when using), but it makes the web version of the tool practically unusable if you intend to share a lot of visual content. Up till now I have been using raw data and scheduling of content. So exploring and using Vista Social has really just blown my mind in the most positive possible way because all the important things I could possibly need to successfully run and manage all Social Media platforms have all been nicely placed and organized for me in such a way that makes it easy to navigate.
