Working for a small business, we've been tracking our socials and metrics manually for the past year across multiple channels. Things have been going well and we needed to step up into a service that could allow us to track and grow our business with ease of use. I made my way through a few other platforms which seemed to meet the requirements we were looking for. After testing a few and finding some drawbacks from their service and UX, I found Vista Social. After testing the service through their free trail period, I felt like it ticked all the boxes we were looking for ease of use, features and customizability. We wanted something that would integrate well across all of our socials, especially in the reporting side, and it has done that very easily.

The software is great and very easy to use. So many different features but here are some of my faves:
My favourite features is the calendar and the ability to schedule and see at a glance all of your posts across multiple channels. The scheduling tool is great - giving you so many options for your posts, either reminders or auto publish but also giving the opportunity to add stuff to queue and draft. I work for a company where posts and schedules change all the time and it's super helpful.
The inbox feature is also brilliant - I have never seen this on a scheduling platform before and it makes everything so much easier because my company gets so many dms from various channels and this gives the ability to view it all at once and reply all at once.
Also shout out to the reports feature as this gives so many great insights!

Integrating the channels was super easy apart from Meta. I'm not sure whether this is vista's fault or Meta but you cannot connect an IG page for scheduling purposes on the platform without connecting to a facebook page which we just could not get to work for ages. I was literally craving for a tool that helped me with all my businesses, as I am an entrepreneur who is in charge of almost all, and sometimes it feels impossible to accomplish it. I think that the best about Vista Social is that I can link several accounts in just one page. It takes you to several instructions at the begining so you don't miss anything, like the explanation how to use it is friendly. Its always asking you if you need help, like saying I'm here for you. It is 100% worth it for such an affordable price compared to other social media management tools. I have been a Community Manager for over four years and can say that I have migrated from one tool to another.
I have been using it on a daily basis for my work and I honestly like Vista Social because it is possible to manage all the accounts you’re handling from one place in a really intuitive and simple way; from scheduling posts, TikToks, and Reels to replying to a unified inbox, collaborating with your team and get advanced analytics/insights.

I find the Create Page feature really useful , you don't have to exit the app to update your most important owned content in front of your audience.

I have to say that at first, I thought it was going to be the typical app that only does scheduling, and gives you a small piece of data but this truly surprised me. My favorite part was the advocacy tool, since at my agency we'd always thought how cool it would be that all our employees could interact with our company content and even have a company track to give those who interact the most some sort of bonus, yet when we tried to create something like this in our own CRM it was hard to built and costs were high.
