What do you like best about Virtuous?

Virtuous is extremely user friendly and is great for internal management of fundraising, events, donations, and donor realtions. I love using Virtuous to communicate with my donors, track metrics on how they are responding to that communication, set up automations to take out the busy work of doing things one by one, and send tasks to other team memebers as deadlines/check in points. Virtuous is the main software my organization uses, we log on daily. The customer support aspect of Virtuous is awesome, we have our main rep (shout out to Aaron B!) who aswers all of our questions whenever we need and will get us to the people we need to go to if he does not know the answer. What do you dislike about Virtuous?

The only downside is not having a tap to pay feature, like if someone walked up or wanted to make a quick annonymous donation, they still need to go through the process of leaving name, phone, address, email, etc. However we voiced our concerns to our rep and our feedback was added to a list for new deleveopment/edits to the platform. What do you like best about Virtuous?

Our organization really enjoys the Donor Stewardship opportunities and possibilities of Virtuous, being able to create automation and having multiple pathways of connecting to all donors in our CRM truly helps build relationships with donors that may be overlooked or are simply sipping through the cracks. Once you understand the basics it becomes easier to manipulate the system to benefit how your organization needs the platform to work - everyone is different. Our Customer Success Manager is fabulous and is always there to help with any and all questions we as an organization may have it has truly helped make learning the more advanced parts of Virtuous easier. What do you dislike about Virtuous?

Not a fully finished product. while a cool thing that Virtuous has going is that it is always evolving, that can sometimes be a downside for users that need to clean and finalize product. There are times when we have simple tasks we want to bulk update or complete on our to-do list however we run into roadblocks that cause us to completely halt progress on these products. When a ticket is submitted it does take quite a long time for a customer service rep (not Customer Success Manager) to reply, there is not an immediate chat available. Sometimes a reply will come within 30 minutes, others it may take 2 days...and by then I have worked through my problem on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtuous?

Virtuous just makes sense. From how contacts are saved (households, but also individuals) to the automation programs the whole system is easy to use, as it was built for managing donations! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtuous?

We had a little hiccup with our automation starting over. We wanted a once and done automation, but there was an error with how the queries were established, which caused the whole thing to start over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtuous?

I’m thrilled with the new BI tool in Virtuous! It gives us the flexibility to create any report we need and encourages innovative thinking. The customizable dashboard reports are invaluable, enabling us to harness our data effectively and make informed, data-driven decisions. Additionally, the ability to add custom fields allows us to tailor the CRM to meet our specific needs, ensuring that it fits seamlessly with our unique processes and requirements.

The ease of use is another standout feature. The intuitive design and user-friendly interface make navigating the system straightforward, allowing our team to quickly adapt and utilize its full range of features without a steep learning curve. Virtuous has proven to be both powerful and accessible, enhancing our data management and decision-making processes significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtuous?

While the BI tool in Virtuous is robust, we have noticed that the query tool can be somewhat restrictive, limiting the types of queries you can generate. However, we believe the BI tool’s advanced features should help address these limitations and provide a more flexible solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtuous?

Everything can be automated. I do not have a team, so I cannot take the time to log donations, send receipts, etc. individually. I need to be able to "set it and forget it" to ensure our donors get the acknowledgements and confirmations they need after making a donation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtuous?

It did take me awhile to learn, and I'm still learning new things everyday. However, the Virtuous academy has been so helpful with this! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtuous?

The ease of getting ramped up quickly to use accurate, quality data was the most useful part of using the tool. Not to mention the expertise of the Virtuous team that walked through the onboarding and integration to make the transfer of data seem less and smooth.

I love the event module/ raise donors/ the vast workflows/ integrated payment platform that removes the risk of human error - not to mention a time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtuous?

The lack of not being able to track grant opportunities (from a pipeline/forecast - perspective). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtuous?

We have loved the ease of use for Virtuous. We are able to have households, which we didn't have previously. We are able to communicate with donors based on their giving and preferences. Their recenty updated reporting feature allows a ton of flexibility. We are happy with automations and support provided through our account rep to help us leverage all of the possibilities. We use a separate online giving platform and the integration works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtuous?

Their campaign structure is a steep learning curve. However, we were provided support to help map our information well. It is not for everyone. If you want more flexibility in coding and tracking your gifts, this might not be for you. The lack of ability for multiple soft credits has been difficult. We are anxiously awaiting that update. What do you like best about Virtuous?

Virtuous was a nice mix of everything we were looking for in our first CRM experience for Our Y. It had the options we were interested in: wealth screening, a way to save documents to profiles, plus meeting notes in a convenient way. The added bonus of having a ticketed event site, a dynamic giving site, and the social and wealth scores really helped. It has been easy to use in some facets and the support from the Virtuous Team has been wonderful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtuous?

For us, the ease of implementation coming from Daxko has been challenging, especially since they do not integrate with one another. Since it is not a moves management system either, that is an opportunity we have been working with the Team on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtuous?

Virtuous automations are allowing us to respond to donors quicker than ever before, bringing another level of relationship between us and our donors.

I love that Virtuous listens to the customers. They are working on updates that matter to us. We need a product that will grow with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtuous?

Reporting can sometimes be a challenge. We have to export then manipulate data to get the data we are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtuous?

Virtuous is incredibly user friendly and was built with non-profit organizations in mind. It is more than a CRM - it is a responsive fundraising tool. Our previous CRM was incredibly clunky and was not intuitive. With Virtuous, we have saved 3-5 hours of administrative time, connected more with our donors, and increased giving by 22.1%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtuous?

Early on in our contract with Virtuous, the support team was still rather small. Getting support tickets solved quickly was slightly challenging at first, but they have increased their spport since! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
