What do you like best about Virtuous?

It is so much easier to use and does so much more than our previous CRM. It hunts for duplicates in our onboarded data and makes it much more difficult to duplicate a donor profile. There are lots of reports and queries already built into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtuous?

This was like adding staff because it has added tools that create time for me. Virtuous focuses on the relationship which is ideal for my role. Tools that create tasks, send automatic emails and help me make donors feel special bring solutions by adding time in my day. I've loved this CRM since day one! There are also tools that create a solid "guesstimate" for what the next ask might be for a particular person. While this is a computer and I still add my own thoughts into the communication, it stimulates my thoughts to consider a lower or higher ask. Asking for the "right" amount leads to more yes's. What do you dislike about Virtuous?

This has been a learning curve for my staff who aren't focused on donor development and use the system for their staff support raising. The team is not trained on developing relationships in a fundraising perspective professionally and this has been a cumbersome process for many. However, they are learning! Switch to Virtuous! One thing we didn't do that I recommend - pay the extra to have them transfer your data from your current system to Virtuous. Life will be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
