What do you like best about Vibes?

Vibes has become a true partner, not just a vendor. They care about growing our business and seeing us succeed. They are invested in our success and consistently bring new ideas and technology to drive our business objectives. They have a top-notch customer support/success team who are engaged and knowledgeable. The innovation and speed to market around new features have been impressive with the Snowflake to Snowflake data share, Okta integration, plus consistent enhancements to their Salesforce Marketing Cloud connector. What do you dislike about Vibes?

Only downside I see is they are not as widely integrated out of the box with other platforms or cloud providers even though they have all the API's to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vibes?

I enjoyed working with a team to bring a customized program for our customers. The team was able to address the specific needs we wanted to tackle while providing their own expertise! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vibes?

There is nothing I can say that I disliked about working with the team. I feel that we met on a consistent level. Even if team members were out of town, we still had someone available to answer our questions and provide support. Unfortunately, I don't have any cons to list about the experience! What problems is Vibes solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Vibes?

It's integration with Marketo is what really powers our ability to truly automate SMS messages for our members. The integration makes it easy for a marketer to use Marketo as they normally would for an email, but can setup entire campaigns for SMS. No "re-learning" or logging into additional tools. What do you dislike about Vibes?

I wish we could automate the Mobile Wallet notifications through Marketo as well without being over reliant on our development to helps setup and trigger those notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vibes?

The Vibes platform is not always privvy to creative updates (i.e. fonts, spacings, etc). The platform works great, but it is pretty basic and standard.
