The need for real-time updates (e.g., unsubscribes, promo history, and promo responses) to flow into Zeta. However, Vibes’ out-of-the-box webhooks were not in a format ZMP could ingest without customization. This created delays and required additional development work from your side -which require SOW and billable hours to solution this.

Not sure if this is a dislike but rather a limitation that we are unable to integrate an email functionality as Vibes specializes only in mobile communication and our use case was to integrate both mobile and email and we had to go with another provider for email.
