What do you like best about Vibes?

Vibes has an incredible client team that is focused on making sure their client wins. They also have one of the most open, well-documented and accessible API backends I have ever seen from a marketing platform. What do you dislike about Vibes?

The only downside to the platform is the ability to segment with "or" statements. However, the platform does have the flexibility to build messages accomplish the same goal, it just takes a few more steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support from the Vibes Team is fantastic. Anytime we want to try something new or explore a different feature, their team is there to provide answers and help figure out the next steps to make implementation easy. What do you dislike about Vibes?

Something we wish they had is role-based permission levels. However, we've been able to work without them just find. It's just something that would be nice to have with our team structures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vibes?

Right from the launch, the Vibes team made sure that they explained the entire process and were great at keep us on track. We completed our launch on time because of their thorough processes, something we very much appreciate! What do you dislike about Vibes?
