The automated input of data from scanned receipts saves me a lot of time, along with the automatic import of those receipts to Xero. I’ve been using Veryfi (previously iqboxy) since 2016 and I have watched a great system continue to improve and grow. They are responsive to the needs of users both with respect to support but also in innovation and industry needs. I honestly don’t know how I would manage my bookkeeping without Veryfi. This app makes it simple to integrate into your workflow. You can set it up to add when you email it too. What I usually will do is just forward my business emailed receipts and boom. It’s done! And it automatically goes to Quickbooks from there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The fact that you can scan + store receipts that get recognized by AI in seconds

- The fact that you can organize items by multiple tags AND categories to supercharge your ability to organize items

- The fact that there's real-time analytics by both TAG and CATEGORY - this easily beats out competitors like ReceiptBank or other receipt recognition items.

- For US customers, bank accounts can be synced

- The fact that it's currently only best suited for US customers or Canadian customers who don't need all the features. This is understandable as they must allocate their resources for development in one country first.

- Accuracy for receipt items such as date is not the best yet, but it is well above 80% accuracy while also capturing the rest of the items.
