Its my understanding that their Partnerships/products are commision based, so when I meet with my support rep, while the products available on the martketplace are all useful- I am almost always sold some new tool I can start selling my customers. The quality of some of the services was lacking. Specifically, the control you were given with their web hosting package. We had clients complaining of poor speeds, but the Vendasta web hosting package did not allow you to use your own caching plugin and thus left the website slow.
