It just works! no bugs, no hastles. Lower shipping rates, and backed by Amazon delivery gaurantees.
We were Shipstation users but gave Veeqo a try. First it synced our Amazon orders seamlessly, pulling orders and already knowing dimensions from Amazon a big plus, (no more configuring each new SKU) . Implementation was super easy.
We are daily users shipping a couple hundred packages a day. We were expecting some learning curve but WOW after 1 day we knew Veequ was going to be better than Shipstation, not to mention free (more savings) and no charge for additional users (more savings)
The 5% refund on shipping is nice but add that we now get better rates AND dont have to pay the .30 additional charge (as shipstation does) to use Amazon shipping methody adds up to HUGE savings.
We have not integrated other market places yet no have had the need for customer support, but seeing how good Veeqo is out to the box we expect it only get better and we add the rest of our channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much negative to say. Setting up print direct did require installing java first.
It does scare me that his is an Amazon Company. They have a history of increasing fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it's free to use! It integrates well with Shopify, Walmart.com, eBay, Etsy, and Amazon. The customer support is helpful. The shipping money back is great as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is really hard to navigate. The set up takes a while, and not being able Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One stop to create shipping labels AND the credit every month to reduce cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doesn't integrate with Facebook Marketplace, which really isn't a big deal, I don't have many orders coming from that marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is so much functionality, it's difficult to choose what I like the best about Veeqo.
But, (drum roll, please) their Customer Service is like no other!

What do I dislike most about Veeqo?
I am too busy filling and shipping orders to take advantage of Veeqo's many reports and services, like API's, etc. that would further automate and improve my system of managing my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Veeqo is the solution it's taken me years to find. I needed a way to keep my Amazon and Shopify inventory in sync. Everything I looked at was either expensive or cumbersome (or both). Any such solution will have a learning curve, but Veeqo is as understandable as anything you'll find, and their support articles are concise and informative. My multi-channel inventory is synced, and I'm getting fantastic discounts on shipping from all the major carriers. With built-in Amazon Buy Shipping seller protections, it just doesn't get any better than this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm challenged to come up with any criticisms. Recently, UPS has refused to scan individual packages at pickup, so an end-of-day consolidated scan form is now crucial. Veeqo doesn't currently support that, so I hope they can do so soon. They're extremely responsive to user suggestions, so if there's a way to make it happen, I'm confident they'll find it. Veeqo is part of Amazon so leverages their super cheap shipping rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are loads of bugs. From integration issues to glitches uploading manual orders to templates not working, shipping confirmations not sending, etc, it might not be worth the cost savings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoyed how easy it was to sync my stores into Veeqo. i also enjoyed how easy it was to set up and how much help we are able to receive from customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only two things that I do not like about Veeqo as of now is that the system can slow down a lot adn sometimes become unresponsive. Second is, uploading a CSV file can only take up to 1000 lines at a time or else it may fail. I am sure these will be fixed as Veeqo grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very powerful software which allows us to keep our stocks in line across multiple shopify stores AND a physical shop. It was the only software we could find that would allow us to do this - and has lots of other benefits in terms of stock management and reporting too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's taken me while to learn how to use Veeqo - it's more complex than our shop epos software with multiple pricing and suppliers for each product - but that is because it has to be! It does take time to get to know it properly, but now I understand how listings and stock movement history works I can generally sort any issues out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My Amazon orders shipping is covered by the Amazon delivery protection. Easy label printing and integration of my shipping carriers. Grat support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Woocommerce Integration is in Beta. There a few small issues, e.g. shipping pricings not being integrated in order reports even though the column is there, but support are on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use platform that's easy to taught to staff. Very fast intergration with shopify. Continious updates that allow for growth. Previosuly used mintsoft and this platform is much more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Platform needs to offer more courier intergration, or offer a custom intergration for a fee. Some shipment are being sent manually due to this. Improvements are needed in their purchase order system, its clunky and needs vast improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
