Creating instant short AI videos makes me cool experience which I had been looking these days to support my personal brand building initiatives and this stood for me at the right moment though I had heard few months back. Now keep sharing those videos on my social media daily. Best of all, this is affordable for me for the whole year subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customized feature settings for videos length less than 15 seconds, 30 seconds is not yet available. Suggest makers to look into this aspect. Default short video length touches upto 60 seconds around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Veed makes pro-level video editing ridiculously simple—especially for creators and coaches who don’t want to deal with clunky software. I can resize for any platform in seconds, drop in branded top banners, add b-roll, and time subtitles perfectly—all from my browser. It feels built for marketers who want speed without sacrificing quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the text styling was a bit more flexible, especially when mixing font sizes/colors in a single line. I often have to use multiple text boxes to get the look I want. Also, sometimes the export queue gets a little laggy during high-traffic times—but honestly, that’s minor for the value it delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the user interface of VEED, its very easy to navigate and use. The features are very helpful in creating short videos for YouTube, TikTok and Reels. You can easily create a video using their text to video prompt. And change stock footages, music and edit captions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about it is it logs off randomly and doesn't sync and you have to refresh the page multiple times. They also need to improve the AI capability of text to video as some stock footages are irrelevant and had to do so much work to replace the video. I purchase it because I need to edit and create short videos easily as I manage another YouTube page and its time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I edit my videos in Premiere Pro, but I use VEED for my captioning because I much prefer the interface for creating and editing, and I prefer my raw videos to be caption-less in case I want to use on a platform that does automatic subtitling.
I also love VEED's feature of creating coherent clips from a longer form video, which I recently discovered and it is a huge workflow accelerator, and so easy to use.
Finally, I love the eye line correction AI tool. If I find that I glance away from the camera at a bad time, I can use the AI to fix that.
I use it regularly, and it definitely speeds up my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found any issues with VEED. The three things I need it for work perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As someone who produces social media videos for brands & businesses, I constantly have to create captions for my clients. I searched online for AI tools that can get the job done. I've used a couple, but nothing compares to how accurate VEED has been. I'd say 99% of the subtitles generated are accurate and on the exact time stamp - it's been mind blowing.
The ease of use is definitely a highlight. In just one click and in less than a minute, they're generated and ready to go! Everything is integrated seamlessly and I'm super grateful for how useful it's been.
I've yet to test out every feature, but I use VEED every day for my use case, and it's a testament for how reliable it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish that uploaded fonts can be properly customized. For example, adding a drop shadow, bold, etc. I have found that most of my uploaded fonts can't be customized properly. Hopefully that's implemented soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a lot to like here, especially for a newbie to video production like me (and I'm making ~10 minute videos once a week):
1. Great AI tools--background removal, focus fix (so it appears you are looking into the camera), and subtitle generation (which is about 95% accurate, better than I expected)
2. Lots of flexibility--background music, subtitle font, video transitions, fades
3. Ease to use drag-and-drop interface makes moving around and duplicating bits easy
4. Easy to export in a variety of formats, including audio for a podcast if you'd like
5. Easy to import outside video clips Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have a reasonably powered two-year-old Dell Inspiron desktop and am hardwired to my cable modem, so I think I have a pretty capable machine with a strong and stable internet connection. But sometimes I will record a video, and, before I even start to edit it, get a "save failed" message and have to re-record it--or sometimes no message, but the video in my workspace is 00:00 long. Technical support is an AI bot (who, in my case, could not explain what "save failed" meant even though the phrase was generated by the website), and if you ask for a human they say they will pass your message along. Given how complex all these tools are to integrate, I don't think I should wait 24-48hrs to get live human support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
VEED is so user friendly. The amount of AI tools and features it has alone makes it worth it. the auto subtitles, sound effects, and background music I use daily. the background remover and eye correction are also sooo nice. It is a bit glitchy but man the fact that it's on the browser makes it so much easier to use and not have to worry about storing and saving files on my hard drive. So ill take the glitchiness haha. I use it daily and it's been so easy to integrate into my daily routine and workflow. The customer support is also incredible. SO timely and helpful. And they follow up!
honestly love Veed, OH and they have seminars / training calls you can jump on for free - i've learned so much from those as well!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like I said the "buffering" and glitches that comes every once in awhile is something I dislike, but I'm willing to put up with it due to the ease of everything being saved on the cloud in my browser log in.! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use it for subtitling mainly. I used to use another software for this but I switched from that due to it's complexity. VEED was so easy to use and intuitive. The customer support was very prompt about any problems that I had. We were able to integrate our entire workflow into VEED.io as soon as we started using it. We now use it almost daily now. The subtitling and clip generation features are amazing and awesome. It was so easy to implement the subtitles into the videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since there are a lot of features, it might sometimes be difficult to find a particular thing. Also the subtitle editing part is a bit tricky and can be made easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use and is great for reliable subtitles like I use it for. I also like it's evolving versatility as far as what you can do with it in so many ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not very good with music... As advanced as it is and could be, you could be doing sooo much more to target lyric video makers for music. You could have themes that interact with the lyrics in all kinds of ways, even a A.I. freestyle where it generates videos to go with your lyrics, I personally would pay a lot for that. Your subtitles are never on point for rap lyrics, it just can't keep up, even when I correct all the words, it doesn't hit on the beat for very long, especially once you start making more changes, the whole system lags and even shutsdown often, thankfully saves it automatically though. You don't offer very reactive visuals to the music either, just cheesy gimmicks that barely move with the audio. You could have so much more energy focused around the vibration of every word so that it really lets you engage with it, but it's just not there yet. You should allow multiple text type options so that it can switch it up and keep it more sporadic rather than one font all the way through, as well as more animation options that you can place easily on the timeline by just drag and dropping over your subtitles. You could have more creative text styles like more 3d with light arraying options to make them more artistic and customizable. You definitely need better background options, at least a multi color function, it's just so basic... Sorry to just keep going on, but I assume that's what you want, though I know you're not exactly targeting music makers, I am just thinking outloud, and there's only a matter of time before someone finally does it right, and that could be you! The text to voice feature is a game-changer in producing content. Specifically, Veed's ability to clone my voice in a realistic way saves me weeks of audio-recording work for educational content. (It is a little creepy how closely it resembles my voice and inflection.) The ability to easily edit video is also amazing. It's a one-stop shop for me to edit content. It is also very user friendly--I haven't had to do any tutorials, everything has been intuitive. I have used this daily since subscribing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some occasions that I get error messages or have to try a few times to get something to work. I wish upload times were quicker, however, that may also be my internet speed--I have not tried in another location yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
