The platform is super easy to learn how to use and the ability to be able to create a whole video (and not just the avatar) is really useful. I work for an international company and the tool has a feature which allows you to change the language in an instant. The feedback from my European collegues has been the surprise at how good the translated voices were. The cost of a real presenter is always too much for the eLearning content we are creating, so this now gives us a new way to be able to engage with the learner. There are a few areas that can still do with some improvement. The lip syncing is still not prefect and there are a couple of other aspects of the tool that required a little time to work out the best work around for when creating a video. The amount of minutes available in a subscription is limiting. It would be nice to have more included in the Starter plan. Also, some of the newest avatars with the full scene behind them are static during production and preview, which makes us a bit nervous in generating a new video as we will lose those minutes. Because I am just learning how to use the platform, I would like to be able to change the background of the photo I used (This is really my issue due to the photo I selected to use; I am planning to have updated profile photos taken thus I will keep the background in mind). Let’s start with the magic. I’m a teacher/consultant and Colossyan blew me away. Imagine typing “explain Scrum and Agile to a 5-year-old” and watching the AI spin up a video with an avatar explaining the concepts with according backdrops. That’s the power of its prompt-to-video engine. But here’s the kicker: it actually listens. When it suggests scenes or dialogue tweaks, it feels less like an algorithm and more like a creative partner.

The branding perks? Lifesaver. I generated an online course video, and it used our neon-accented color scheme and slapped our logo in the corner. Our boss was amazed: “Wait, you made this today?”

Oh, and the avatars! I built a training video where an avatar (half-body) quizzes employees in English, Spanish and Chinese. The lip-syncing is eerily smooth, and tweaking their script felt like directing real actors. Colossyan delivered. We adjust the original video and it automatically adjusts the versions it created in other languages.

Another killer functionality: branching feature! What Could Improve:

Add avatar Variety - more diverse avatars, outfits, and voice options would add creative flexibility.

Also let users pre-select brand assets (colors/logos) during video creation, not just in post-production tweaks, using them as templates.
