I like that it has multiple features that I use other apps for and combines them together. I am a fan of having the noise-removing feature so it isolates audio on video clips. It removes the need for me to use multiple apps to do my video editing. It's also extremely user friendly, you don't have to know much about editing to make a good video. I do think it's slightly higher priced than I'd like to pay, considering other apps are about half of the monthly price. It does have features that others don't so that would be a plus. It's not very good with music... As advanced as it is and could be, you could be doing sooo much more to target lyric video makers for music. You could have themes that interact with the lyrics in all kinds of ways, even a A.I. freestyle where it generates videos to go with your lyrics, I personally would pay a lot for that. Your subtitles are never on point for rap lyrics, it just can't keep up, even when I correct all the words, it doesn't hit on the beat for very long, especially once you start making more changes, the whole system lags and even shutsdown often, thankfully saves it automatically though. You don't offer very reactive visuals to the music either, just cheesy gimmicks that barely move with the audio. You could have so much more energy focused around the vibration of every word so that it really lets you engage with it, but it's just not there yet. You should allow multiple text type options so that it can switch it up and keep it more sporadic rather than one font all the way through, as well as more animation options that you can place easily on the timeline by just drag and dropping over your subtitles. You could have more creative text styles like more 3d with light arraying options to make them more artistic and customizable. You definitely need better background options, at least a multi color function, it's just so basic... Sorry to just keep going on, but I assume that's what you want, though I know you're not exactly targeting music makers, I am just thinking outloud, and there's only a matter of time before someone finally does it right, and that could be you! The text to voice feature is a game-changer in producing content. Specifically, Veed's ability to clone my voice in a realistic way saves me weeks of audio-recording work for educational content. (It is a little creepy how closely it resembles my voice and inflection.) The ability to easily edit video is also amazing. It's a one-stop shop for me to edit content. Customer service is not great. Their bot recognized me as a free member (even though I paid the full amount for an annual), so I was not able to get help in a timely manner. Sometimes, their software is not stable, and simple functions stop working. I cannot get support and have to wait for several days. Their stickers and other tools are limited, poor variety. They sometimes don't work properly, so I have to get tools from outside VEED, which takes extra time. VEED has been really helpful for our office when it comes to creating accessible content for our online platforms. We want to be as accessible as possible and that means adding subtitles to videos so that all viewers can interact with our content. The software is straight forward and we often don’t have to make very many corrections to the words as it does a good job of processing the audio. The designs are also easy to implement and don’t have to make a lot of choices or decisions for it to look as best as it can! The initial processing is not too slow, uploading video and then transcribing is good but the exportation process and lagging of the page all together can throw things off and makes it hard to get the right edits and it comes out sounding just slightly off from what we had done. VEED is a great platform for independent creators. It has several nice features at a price that is realistic. From short video production to adding effects to projects VEED enables you to open doors that other platforms can not. It does have its limitations but the benefits far out way them. I'm a independent musician and social creator, so affordable products are a must. Other software products may have more features but they come with a price tag that is unrealistic for the average creator. VEED is far above others and in my opinion very smart to offer a well rounded platform that almost anyone can afford to create with. It may be limited in actual generative areas but the platform itself offers a wide range of options for almost any independent creator that is on a budget. I very highly recommend this product. VEED is a solid platform but it does have it's limitations. If your using stock video clips to create with you will find yourself somewhat limited in your efforts. The server traffic at peak hours can also interrupt a productive work flow schedule but this is minor for the most part. The greatest downfall is if you need anything longer than 5 minutes to be generated using AI text to speech your going to have real problems. The character limitations are almost as bad as other platforms. I mean you can burn through 20,000 characters in a couple paragraphs. This is a serious problem that VEED and other creators have overlooked and seem to be compounding instead of resolving. As a creator I need a platform like VEED that is not credit based so I can have a high production rate for finished projects. The platform must have an affordable Monthly or Annual fee structure or it puts me and other content creators like me. out of business. The interface is easy to use, there are plenty of options for video clips, the AI voices are not as robotic as some, easy to send the video to the socials, and implementing the text to video works well. The only complaint I have so far is that I signed up for the $24 a month subscription and as I hit pay it changed to $48 a month. I did not agree to this and I've put in a statement of concern to customer service. I’m really happy that a platform like Veed Video Maker exists—it’s user-friendly and makes video creation so much easier! I truly enjoy using it and appreciate its wide range of features.
However, for future updates, I would love to see more options when it comes to voice selections, especially children’s voices and an extended variety of languages. Additionally, having more creative video effects would be amazing. For example, I’d love the ability to create magical videos, similar to scenes from Harry Potter, where a talking head could appear from a letter or other fun, interactive effects.

The UI is very easy to navigate. It has all the tools I need to create content efficiently, and all the included tools work very well. Coming from another video editor that was overwhelming with menus and features, I've been grateful for how easy it's been to integrate VEED into my workflow. The AI features they are rolling out show their continued investment in the service and makes me excited for VEED's future.
