Little behind on software ARC's need to updated and refined as well has online voting. The voting could be a revenue stream for the company and should be part of the integration.

What do you like best about Vantaca?

I really like Vantaca for its flexibility and customization. It's extremely flexible, molding to our specific management processes and procedures. The customizable action item steps are especially valuable, allowing us to test different processes and figure out what works best for our company. The ability to essentially customize Vantaca based on our management style is a standout feature that I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vantaca?

The one thing that really stands out to me that needs improvement would be the Vantaca managed app. The app update is not exactly sufficient for our management company, and it doesn't have the same features that the previous version has. What do you like best about Vantaca?

I use Vantaca for managing properties, handling communications, task tracking, and reminders. It helps me keep things organized by reminding me of tasks so I don't have to remember everything myself. I love the association-level task feature because it ensures I rarely miss a task, with follow-ups that tell me when I need to move forward. This feature prevents last-minute scrambling to pull things together, making my management responsibilities much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vantaca?

Sometimes emails don't send, and we don't find that out until follow up. There are a lot of small bugs that could be fixed as with any system. The inspection app doesn't keep work orders within the inspection, only violations. This would be nice for easy reporting and RFP creation.
