**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca was purpose-built for community association management, and that focus makes all the difference. The action items engine allows us to configure workflows precisely to our standards and automate repeatable processes, which has dramatically reduced the manual tasks our team was previously bogged down with. The homeowner portal gives our board partners real-time financial visibility and self-service access to community information, freeing our managers to focus on higher-value work. What's also stood out is that Vantaca's innovation is genuinely responsive — features come out that address needs we've identified, and sometimes things we didn't even know we needed until they were developed. It feels like a true partner, not just a software vendor.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The platform has a meaningful learning curve, and there is a significant amount of configuration required upfront to get it working exactly the way your operation needs it to. For a growing company managing a large number of communities, that initial investment of time is real but the payoff for the management company is huge and well worth it.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Vantaca, we were stuck in a cycle of manual workarounds. Processes that should have been automated required hands-on intervention, reporting was inconsistent, and scaling our company meant adding complexity rather than efficiency. We manage 185 community associations and over 22,000 homeowners, and our previous platform simply could not keep pace with our growth. Vantaca solved that by replacing manual processes with configurable, automated workflows through the action items engine. The result has been remarkable — we went live on December 1, 2025, and not only did we retain every existing client through the transition, we added 19 associations and 2,000 doors since go-live. The homeowner portal's transparency and real-time financial visibility has also become a core part of our pitch to prospective boards, directly driving new business.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

What I like best about Vantaca may also be what I dislike about it.  Vantaca is very customizable which allows the management company to set it up in the way that best fits operational practices, but that is also what makes it challenging for a new/inexperienced user.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

I also dislike Vantaca's ability to be customized as, if the company doesn't have strong policies and procedures or a solid vision for what it wants to accomplish, it can be difficult to get it right from the start.  For beginners, it might be better to have a "packaged" product that can then be altered as needed.  I wasn't here for the Vantaca onboarding, so I don't know what kind of support was provided but I do think that ongoing support is necessary to ensure we are using it to the best of its capability and our ability.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the ability to create custom action items it allows us to move certain actions, tasks, and conversations into Vantaca, minimizing the need for an outside platform.  HOAi is probably our biggest problem-solver right now and we are doing all we can to maximize its benefits by automating routine tasks, freeing the team up for other, more thoughtful or strategic tasks.

Vantaca can be tailored to practically any association no matter their unique circumstances. when I go to interview new properties instead of saying let me check with my software provider or I'm not sure if the software can accommodate that I confidently say yes, we can.

my only dislike about Vantaca is sometimes it does take some time get certain action items set up. however, once it's there it works flawlessly!

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we had an addition to a property for our contract and vantaca helped us intergrate this new service directly into vantaca so we didn't have to rely on a third-party software of using spreadsheets to keep track of this new service.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

How seriously they seem to take the accounting side of the software is truly unique and industry-leading. The bank integrations, automatic data pulls, and the ability to initiate transfers from within Vantaca really set it apart.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The onboarding process has been messy. Granted, we have a lot of data and our mapping isn’t the best, but it’s still been frustrating.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has significantly reduced the amount of time needed to reconcile bank accounts. This gives us much more time to review financials and ensure we provide clients with accurate, concise reporting. The integrationg of HOAI has been a game changer as well. As we spend more time using software, it is DRASTICALLY reducing time needed for AP and remedial tasks such as data input and is constantly learning our habits to continue to imrpvoe performace

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

I like having a one stop shop for pretty much all needs for HOA management. I check the action items daily as it is convenient to track all things that I am working on for an association. The initial setup of Vantaca was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

I find the AI bar toggle-off feature inconvenient. The inability to use the tab key to move from subject to email message box is annoying. Vendor communication is limited to one contact rather than multiple emails, which is restrictive. Setting up the homeowner portal for new builds requires closing documents, which is cumbersome. Mimicking an account seems sketchy; a manager portal login would be better. Selecting colors in email drafts doesn’t save the last used color, and determining the shade requires trial and error. There's a need to export board action items. The Vantaca calendar should have an option for email invites to save in Outlook calendar. A fob/key system for things like pool keys would be nice, as the addresses are already linked to dues, etc.

Vantaca helps me with emailing the community, specific homeowners, vendors, and tracking progress of multiple action items. It's convenient for checking action items daily, making HOA management a one-stop shop for all needs.

I have been in the industry for 19 years and I will say that Vantaca is the most comprehensive software I have ever had the privilege of utilizing.  The integrations (HOA Mailers, Banking, Home Wise Docs, etc) HOAi and onboarding with Dylan McAndrew's have been amazing.  We at CMG Management Partners know that Vantaca is a perfect partner for our ever-growing company.

Nothing stands out. Maybe more banking partners.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca is helpful in one respect in that it saves an electronic record of everything I need to access for a particular community or unit owner.  The ease of communicating with unit owners via Vantaca is invaluable and has saved quite a bit of time.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

One disadvantage I've come across is that service requests are not tied to a unit, but to a unit owner; therefore, when a unit sells/changes hands, any open service requests need to be copied and added to the new owner's record/account. It would be helpful if the service requests were tied to an actual unit itself.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've definitely struggled with record keeping and being able to pull up past correspondence quickly, and Vantaca's allowed me to be better in that area of service.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

I use Vantaca every day as a Property Manager, and I love how user-friendly it is, especially now with the back button. This makes it much easier to go back and reference other things or information without losing my place and having to start all over. It's such a small addition but helps largely. The platform is valuable for work order submissions and tracking, accounting review, document recordings, and communications. It solves the problem of tracking orders externally and possibly losing track of them. Also, the initial setup of Vantaca was very easy.

I do not have anything that I dislike!

Vantaca helps me avoid losing track of orders by facilitating order tracking and review. The user-friendly interface, especially the back button, makes it easy to reference previous information without starting over.

What they call “contracts,” where you can forgo board approvals on utilities. The support you get when you sign up. The integrations between other add on programs.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

This isn’t user-friendly at all, and it doesn’t feel intuitive. There are too many steps for everything, and there aren’t any undo buttons or an easy way to backtrack. Overall, it’s a complicated system that still has a long way to go. If you make a mistake in any step, it’s painstaking to fix. It definitely feels geared more toward younger, college-driven minds.

Because it offers so many customizable approval options, it helps things run faster—at least in that specific area. Which increases performance.

Step action process and each step passing each department and each step is well documented. All actions are very transparent.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The portal reset password might need some improvement. Homeowner usually don't get their password reset using the forget password option. The HOAi mgiht need some improvement when responding to homeowner's call.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of the HOAi is helping with the phone calls volume. I hope to explore more on the web portal design. Each association is looking for a unit log in page for their association. This feature helps each association create a unit experience and personal service.

I like that Vantaca is very easy to use and learn, and it's highly customizable to our needs. The interface is user-friendly, which made it easy to get started. I also appreciate that the action items are very customizable, making the software adaptable to different needs. The user-friendly setup and detailed, informative training were really helpful in getting up to speed.

I wish there was a more straightforward path in changing who the assigned homeowner is to an action item. Right now we have to copy the item over to the other homeowner's account, but it does not accurately copy the thread as a whole over.

Vantaca helps organize homeowner information, track important invoices, communicate with homeowners, and store specific association information.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

What I like best about Vantaca is how highly configurable and customizable it is to fit our business needs. It’s clear that Vantaca continually invests significant resources into improving the platform, adding features, and enhancing performance. The system integrates seamlessly with our banking and accounts payable, and being cloud-based makes it accessible and reliable from anywhere. It’s also very user-friendly and has allowed us to automate and streamline many processes that we were never able to manage efficiently before.

Vantaca is on the cutting edge with AI tools and we are about to implement their HOAi tool.  It should save us a lot of time answering basic homeowner questions.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Some areas of the system can feel a bit "click heavy".  I still have to refer to an article when I process bank returns because it isn't intuitive.  There are also some minor bugs related to bookkeeping that I have to stay aware of.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vantaca has greatly improved our operational efficiency by automating and streamlining many of our financial processes. Tasks that used to take hours — like processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and closing financials — can now be completed much more quickly and accurately. The system’s automation and real-time integration with our banking and A/P have reduced manual work and delays, allowing us to process financials faster and focus more on analysis and decision-making rather than data entry

That there are changes that take place without us being notified. For example the portal reply option. It's great but not knowing about it caused a lot of issues with our clients being unable to reply in the portal.

There are a lot of changes being made, both good and bad. The release and communication regarding the release can cause more strife than benefits at times.

I really like the action item creation based on our policies, which allows for customization of the workflow to include specific approvals with regional directors and supervisors. The initial setup of Vantaca was great!

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

I would like the owner portal to include more features like reserving amenities for multiple days and allowing board members to book recurring events on the community calendar, and reserve rooms for those events. The login with code feature doesn't work correctly each time. I want real-time payment posting on Vantaca.net, and it would be great to customize steps so they stand out more, like with color or boldness. The action item pop-out could be more user-friendly and intuitive, maybe with an explanation or grouping. It would be helpful to have a report summarizing association delinquencies, which Vantaca IQ doesn't offer. Immediate notifications for known bugs are important, especially if they affect owners and board members, like the broken amenity request merge tag. I'd like better integration between IQ and Vantaca.net for updating employee lists. Lastly, an update section for our company to post changes to action items or workflows would be useful.

I like that Vantaca is user-friendly and have appreciated the customer service and support. The action item feature is valuable because it lets me keep track of what is being done, when, and by whom. I find it helpful for getting clear and precise financials and having clear communication with the BOD, unit owners, and residents. The excellent reporting menu is a strong point, and the platform is great for owners to pay and communicate.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

I've only encountered one issue over the years with Vantaca, specifically with the budget feature. I wish the system could save all created budget drafts to compare initial proposals with what was approved. Also, when exporting the budget to an Excel spreadsheet, it loses formulas and borders, making me manually add formulas and subtotals, which is quite inconvenient.

I get clear, precise financials, seamless bank interface, and clear communication with the BOD and residents. Vantaca offers excellent reporting and a platform for owners to pay and communicate.

Little behind on software ARC's need to updated and refined as well has online voting. The voting could be a revenue stream for the company and should be part of the integration. 
Documents really should be more like file explorer being able to rename and move with Admin access.

I've only been working with Vantaca since Aug of 2025 and so I can't speak to the solving portion too much but HOAi and revenue manager have been huge. Paul Bickler has been great helping get the team back on the wagon and training them, he has also been very helpful 10 months into our conversion with a refresh that I think should be part of your onboarding. It really helps the management team realign staff to the advantages Vantaca has to offer. You lose so much at the begining when you're just trying to get the simple things done a refresh helps with the next steps.

I really like Vantaca for its flexibility and customization. It's extremely flexible, molding to our specific management processes and procedures. The customizable action item steps are especially valuable, allowing us to test different processes and figure out what works best for our company. The ability to essentially customize Vantaca based on our management style is a standout feature that I really appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The one thing that really stands out to me that needs improvement would be the Vantaca managed app. The app update is not exactly sufficient for our management company, and it doesn't have the same features that the previous version has. So we would like to see some upgrade with that area.

Vantaca is extremely flexible and molds to our management style. We can customize action item steps to test and find what works best, making the system fit our company's needs.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

I use Vantaca for managing properties, handling communications, task tracking, and reminders. It helps me keep things organized by reminding me of tasks so I don't have to remember everything myself. I love the association-level task feature because it ensures I rarely miss a task, with follow-ups that tell me when I need to move forward. This feature prevents last-minute scrambling to pull things together, making my management responsibilities much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Sometimes emails don't send, and we don't find that out until follow up. There are a lot of small bugs that could be fixed as with any system. The inspection app doesn't keep work orders within the inspection, only violations. This would be nice for easy reporting and RFP creation. The initial setup isn't easy but once you learn how the system works, it can do almost anything.

I use Vantaca to manage property tasks, track communications, and set reminders. It keeps things organized, automates tasks, and ensures timely follow-ups, so I don't miss tasks and can focus on priority items.

The ease of the FCB integration on the banking side for reconciliation is great. I like the reports and how the accounting/budgeting works

It is a difficult program to use if you are not computer savvy, Lots of set up that we thought the implementation team would do for us so that could have been ALOT better. We did not realize how MUCH there was to set up and that made doing our daily jobs difficult even after a year!

Vantaca allowed us to combine multiple systems into one and is easy to use for all our departments. The ticketing and call center features allow our customer service and administrative team to easily look up homeowner requests and go directly to a homeowners-specific account to view the previous history. Vantaca is also constantly releasing new updates and features that we have inquired about and others have inquired about during Vantaca Vision Events. When we send in emails asking for support on features if it is something Vantaca is working on for a future implementation they will let you know.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

We experience a difficult time utilizing the letter templates. What we upload for formatting and fonts doesn't usually translate when we run a step and more often than not we have to add some strange page breaks and paragraphs to get the document to print right. We are looking forward to any future updates that might happen for this as when we first started not having formattable text options in messages was an issue which has since been resolved.

From an Administrative stand point Vantaca has helped merge together different software we use to use for a portal system and ticketing/work order system. Being able to have only one login and software to update and upload to is a huge time saver and desktop saver as I dont have to flip between multiple screens. Vantaca also makes it easier to train new employees as we are only in one primary system and we are able to utilize Vantaca University for employees to get a broad overview before learning the steps we customized as a business.

Vantaca is easy to use with powerful features that help in creating efficient and accurate HOA Accounting Financials.  The Vantaca team is constantly improving the product on a monthly basis and is always looking for feedback and ideas from the users. The ease of intergration with multiple banks ensures easy bank account reconciatlion and up to date transaction date posting in the software and bank registers.

The only downside with Vantaca is the software support when issues or problems arrise. It is difficult to talk to someone directly over the phone and their ticket system takes to long to solve issues that impact the HOA management company and their customers.

I love that Vantaca is intuitive, with many features that make HOA management more efficient, and all data trackable. Being able to reference what occurred with any individual action item, step by step, and having access to all historical data has become imperative to managing well. The features available to homeowners and board members through their side of the portal are also invaluable.

There is not much that I dislike about Vantaca, but occasionally updates aren't communicated as well as they could be, and/or an update may not be as well liked as how the system functioned previously. I am also of the mind that homeowners should have access to their individual requests indefinitely, and they should not disappear from their view 30 days after being closed.

Vantaca has solved the ability for all management needs to be in one place, all data saved for historical purposes, and the ability for Board Members and homeowners to be involved in their Association in the capacities that are necessary for operation of the community.

Vantaca's software system is unlike anything we've used before.  Our company has the ability to customize the software to fit our specific needs and goals, which is amazing! We have been able to step up our management game and streamline processes in a way we could never do with any other software. Bonus: The team backing up this software is the best there is!

I have a higher understanding of the software and how it works so sometimes the responses that I get from support aren't quite at the level I need. However, this has improved a lot over the past month or so!

Its a very straight forward design. Really anyone who has any knowledge on programs similar to this can easily learn it. But someone who has no experience with can learn just as quickly. 

There are so many tools that are avalible to you. Being able to expidite many processes that would otherwise take up time.

If used correctly, work flow production increases. This allows for more things to be tracked and followed up on for all properties.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Perhaps maybe filing of history of co-owners.  Could be user error but I do find somethings being hard to find. The biggest hold back for me is the mobility of Vantaca. The mobile app for both managers and co-owners need alot of work/ updates. 

Trying to promote this system to co-owners when it can fail pretty often delays processes we are trying to intergrate.

Communication for Service Providers and Co-owners. Its hard when multiple people get involved in one conversation  and we cannot reply to all. We often just switch to our personal email which does not track what is going on.

When issues do happen with the program, the support staff can be delayed in responses.

The ease of use for new managers joining the company. But increases work flow processes and allows for more things to get done. But also fixes the issue of different people doing things diffrently. We can keep processes the same if they utilize Vantaca.

DRAWBACKS/BUGS:

Calendar lacks export functionality, limiting its effectiveness.
- Due Date filter is not working correctly.
- Email Templates should automatically generate the "Note" template - when adding a Note as a recipient. If adding an external recipient, the template should automatically switch to an external email template.
- Templates should not require confirmation when changed; a quick change back is more efficient.
- Updating steps in the Vantaca Call Center is unreliable and does not function properly.
- Agenda View on the Calendar does not allow for event or series editing.
- Calendar should have a filter to remove unwanted items from view.
- Viewing XNs on the Owner Dashboard should include a date column for sorting by date created.

WISHLIST:

- Vendors should have a portal link to mark work as completed.
- Ability to process multiple RFPs in one module. For example, when processing tree trimming proposals for three vendors, I should be able to open an RFP module, select the number of vendors to send requests to, and choose the vendors to ensure the same scope of work is sent to each, instead of manually entering or copying multiple RFPs.
- Back and forward navigation. It should be possible to open a specific space in Vantaca without being directed to the home screen, and pressing refresh should not take me back to the home screen.
- Needs scheduled sends for emails and other items.

Overall. I really like Vantaca and can see it has a lot of value. The software is very fast compared to our old software we used as a management company, and it is nice that it is an all-in-one software for billing, homeowner management, ARC and Compliance. I love that it intergrates with SouthData for mailing. When the work flows are set up properly, it saves so much time compared to doing the same task in our old software and I love how all communications for a homeowners from anyone in the company can be seen so there is less stuff being missed or repeated. The homeowners portal is easy to add documents to and seems easy for homeowners to navigate. We've been told that it can take a year to master Vantaca and get proficient at it. After only a few months, I do already see the value and time savings. I look forward to seeing where the team is in a year from now.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The setup within our management company has been frustrating. As mentioned, when the workflows are set up properly, it is wonderful, however, there is so much back end setup for each Action Item, which our company has to do, and getting support from Vantaca isn't always easy. The Violations/Compliance  really needs an offline mode. We are in a bad cell service area and the app doesn't always work for our Compliance Manager, which results in him having to take photos and notes and then has to enter everything when he's back at the office, which is a slower process than what we had with our old software.

Vantaca has definitely simplied our AP process, which is saving us time.

What is most helpful about Vantaca is sending Violation letters and reviewing Architectural requests. It is really nice that for both of these, there are automated letters with the homeowners' information, which prevents errors and mistakes. The architectural application process is streamlined, and it is simple to see that when the ARC committee has approved or denied, I can easily send the approval/denial letter. Having Vantaca write these letters for me saves a lot of time, and again, prevents errors. I like the feature for uploading leases for the tenants, and being able to easily view those or add new ones.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The downside of Vantaca is that I have to have my own tracking systems for Violations and Arc requests. If a homeowner responds to a violation, it can easily be missed because when you look at your action items, Vantaca won't alert me of a new message. I have to go to Messages, but the way mine is set up, I have to look at each individual Association to see if there any new messages, and I have to check this throughout the day. It would be so much better if I could get an alert of a new message. It would be helpful if the action item had a different color when there is a new message. It would be helfpul if the dates were clearer, instead of just an XN number. Also, I wish that I could use the back button to go back, instead of starting over, especially when I'm viewing a homeowner and I want to look at a different aspect of the homeowner. It has taken me about 4 months to learn Vantaca. It is not user-friendly.

We’ve been using Vantaca HOA software to manage our communities, and it has significantly improved our processes. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy for both board members and homeowners to navigate.
One of the standout features is the reports pae, which helps streamline most of our accounting needs. I enjoy using the reports for the reconciliations, board requests and etc. I also love the payables integration with strongroom, and I like that Vantaca syncs to our bank accounts. I use Vantaca everyday and the integration with other software is essential in my daily processing.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

I wish the support time is faster. Every since we upgraded to Vantaca pay our requests take longer, sometimes up to two weeks to be resolved.

Vantaca provided extensive trainings with staff to help transition. The reports are very user friendly and they listened to our inquiries in how to make the system cater more to our industry and what the Boards want.

The inspection module is not the best. There are quite a few bugs and is not very user friendly. Going from a software that catered to inspections and architectural it is apparent that Vantaca is still working on perfecting this module. Vantaca has listened to the functunality we have lost moving to the Vantaca software and are working on improving, however, we have lost efficiency in the inspection process for the majority of 2024. We hope the offline version will help but will not know until we have a chance to utilize as this release keeps getting pushed back.

They are releasing an offline version for inspections which will help in areas that have connectivity issues and are working to improve CCR customization in the field.

Planning, preparing, and implementing a software transition is not something to take lightly.  Experts and those who have completed the task will tell you it will be challenging at best and more akin to a root canal.  In our industry,  we don't find ourselves looking to make a software transition because of "nice to have" or "wouldn't that be convenient" features.  We take the plunge because, fundamentally, something is driving you crazy with your current setup, you see yourself falling behind your peers, or you envision a future where your ability to scale is stifled by excessive manual processes, or the inability of your current software to adapt to new technologies.  Taking that first step, albeit one of the most nerve-racking and stressful decisions you may ever make in your business, has been rewarding for us immediately out of the gate.  

Once our transition team started the training process and was able to see not only the enhancements to our business process but also experience the organized and thoughtful approach towards migration Vantaca takes, an immeasurable boost to everyone's optimism was felt company-wide.  For us, this boost was like a adding fuel to our company culture, cultivating volunteerism in the process, and unwaiving confidence in our decision despite any challenge we encountered along the way.

Maybe we already had a good base to build upon, or maybe it is luck; I'd prefer to think that it is a mixture of both added to Vantaca's support team and every person involved in the process.  We may not be 100% as of the date of this review, but I can speak for our entire team that we have the confidence to overcome any challenge backed by Vantaca's amazing team that truly complements our own.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

At this time, it wouldn't be fair to list aspects we do not like about Vantaca, as we are just getting our feet wet.  Undoubtedly, this has been the most challenging team effort we have met to date.  I'm sure in time, we may identify "Vantaca-isms" that may seem illogical or misunderstood to us that would otherwise find themselves on this list.  However, what I feel is more important here is that every "missing gap" we have found between our old platform and Vantaca has been met with an open mind by our rep to communicate it to the dev team.  I acknowledge that not every customization or feature can be provided as Vantaca is a platform built for an industry and not specific to my needs or wishes.  The very acknowledgment and the pathway to communicating this "wish list" is proof positive that we have made the right decision.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We chose not only to transition our core management software but to transition several integrated partners at the same time.  This meant managing all of the API connectivity on top of a typical transition.  Vantaca has been in constant communication throughout the process and has been stellar in providing support.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca helps a lot with streamlining community management by making it easy to keep track of workflows, communications, and financial processes in one platform. It makes day to day tasks very quick and efficient by automating tasks such as work orders, violations, and payment processing. Additionally, board members, homeonwers, and managers have access to up-to-date information, improving collaboration and decision-making.

Vantaca is also always improving with each update.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Sometimes attachments may get lost in communication, but it seems like a normal glitch that you'd have with any communication platform.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vantaca helps solve problems with following up on work orders and keeping track of homeowner and Board communications.  For work orders we are able to set up Vantaca to send an automatic follow up email to a vendor when we set a specific follow up date, this helps with not having to take the time to manually follow up on each work order for the communities.

For communications, the in box, also known as "My Messages", makes it easy to see new messages that come through and require attention.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

What I like best about Vantaca is that overall, the platform offers a lot of flexibility in how assessments, charges, and fees are managed at the Associaton and account level, allows Associations the latitude to make the right choices for their community. The documents section allows for a central point of referral to everyone and the seamless integration of the homeowner portal allows for a lot of one-contact resolutions in that HOs are given a guided tour of the portal and next time, can find the needed info on their own.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

one thing that is least helpful about Vantaca is not having a "status" field that could be used to tag accounts and segregate them into different groups to allow for more efficient processes outside of traditional collections. The other big roadblock is the lack of Custom Report writer - - data never lies but there is very little ability, beyond what is available in Vantaca IQ to get a bead on different things that may influence the efforts needed to support a community.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit to the AR/Resales Team of having access to Vantaca is having the,account financial and demographic information, organized by community, which giving us the ability to support the Communities and service their accounts on a daily basis.
